My boyfriend and I stayed at Fred and Erin’s place this weekend for my brothers graduation. It was just as described in the photos. It was very clean , nice kitchen and bathroom, and also in a very remote and quiet area. The price was also very good for the air bnb! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful place right near the historic downtown. Easy walk to anywhere. It’s a lovely building with four units (two on each floor), so there is noise from the neighbors as one would expect. It actually helped us out because we heard one neighbor talking about a light left on in a car outside and realized it was ours! The host is kind and easy to communicate with.

The living room features a vintage-style futon and a green velvet sofa, complemented by a wooden coffee table. Natural light fills the space through a nearby window, illuminating the warm wood flooring and soft, muted wall colors.

If you’re looking at places to stay in Morganton stop right now. Amy and Scott are the best hosts of all time with an amazingly beautiful vintage property, literally in the middle of anything you want to do. The apartment is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, gigantic windows overlooking downtown, and vintage craftsmanship, and they are so kind and helpful. Seriously, stop looking and book it now. Or don’t and I will again while you go pay more at some lesser property. Completely up to you.

Our stay here was Awesome! It's exactly what we needed. The space was lovely, beautiful, and very peaceful. I was in town handling some stressful business and I was able to escape into an oasis at Jaime's house. Thank you so much for being accommodating to me and my family.

A locked door between the lower level and the access to the upper level provides privacy for all.
