Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Whimsical Guest House-Downtown Boone

This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Primary renter mush be at least 25 years old to book.

The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Boone Gorge Camp

Cozy tent with electric heat and AC. Double-layered, all-season 16'x16', by a waterfall near Boone Gorge Park. Only three minutes from Boone, yet away from it all. Minutes to App Ski Mtn, Tweetsie, and fishing. Port-a-john close by for bathroom. Shower hut with hot water basin when temperatures are above freezing. Rec center nearby. Firepit, complimentary firewood, picnic area, firewood, water, WiFi and electricity. Additional firewood and homemade cinnamon rolls available.
