Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

It's a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the mountains!

LOCATION... this house is located in the heart of DOWNTOWN BOONE! White Fence Farm Downtown is a quaint, restored 1920s farmhouse. This home features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, a dishwasher, beautiful hardwood floors, and can sleep up to six. Appalachian State University is located less than ½ mile from the home, and you can walk to all that downtown Boone has to offer. Text the day before check-in for keycode! Pets are allowed with additional $50 per pet fee.

The renovated log cabin sits behind our historic farm house and guest-house on a wooded hillside in downtown Boone. The cabin sits right beside a creek and has a lovely private outdoor stone patio attached. The patio has a fire pit, a gas grill and a great view of the serene creek and woods. This setting is like a little hidden natural preserve tucked away - one of the few "old home-places" that still exists in Downtown Boone.
