The closed apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160x200cm made of oiled oak one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore stripes. For safety reasons, I can't accept reservations or requests with children under 12. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are my private area.
