Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bodman-Ludwigshafen

As a group of friends of four people, we really enjoyed our stay. Apart from the fact that one of the mattresses was already a bit worn, we liked the apartment. The layout of the apartment together with the furnishing style and the furnishings (especially board games) we liked it.

We had a wonderful time in the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to any concerns or questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

A much more welcoming feel than the pictures suggest – cozy, with beautiful views in a lovely setting. Fantastic walking right from the doorstep, and a great golf course with restaurants and a spa also within walking distance. Spotlessly clean throughout.

We had a wonderful vacation in Silvia and Werner's feel-good house and felt right at home. The house is equipped with everything and the garden with the pavilion is a real oasis for relaxing. The garden is beautifully landscaped with many blooming flowers and a fantastic view of the countryside. The fenced garden was also perfect for our little dog. Ludwigsburg and Überlingen are not far away and ideal for beautiful walks on Lake Constance. On departure, we got to know the hosts Silvia and Werner and we immediately got along very well and our dogs played together. Dear Silvia and dear Werner, we thank you for your hospitality and the great stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice converted barn. You feel right at home. It has everything you need. From the coffee machine to the vacuum cleaner. The balcony is set back and you have your peace. No one can see it and you also have a bit of a lake view. A dream. However, people who rely on cell phone reception or mobile Internet are in a bad position here. Cell phone reception is almost non-existent and the WiFi was not stable in our case. There were probably issues with the repeater. But it didn't bother us. We'll be back for sure.

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

We had a wonderful week with two small children at Lake Constance. At the house, we especially liked the garden and the covered terrace. For the kids, there were also a lot of games in the house. Swimming area at the lake is within walking distance. There are also countless great excursion destinations for children around Lake Constance (Mainau Island, Rhine Falls, Affenberg Salem, Schwaketenbad Konstanz, etc.). An all-around great week...

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

Check-in via code, apartment very tastefully decorated, everything was available, we didn't miss anything. Everything is super clean. The madness is the terrace with the view, we almost didn't want to go home. Dorothea lives right next door. Very, very friendly and reserved. The natural idyll all around offered us the perfect relaxation. Lake Constance is about 11 km away, no gastronomy in the village. Shopping facilities easily accessible by car. We stayed with the children (15 and 18) for less than a week in Thomas's apartment and felt right at home. The location is quiet and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, so you can easily reach all destinations on the Höri (and all of Lake Constance). I'm sure we'll be back!

We felt super comfortable this week. It was super quiet and great location. Since we had a small private terrace, we could enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. Since I own a horse myself, it was wonderful for me to see horses in the immediate vicinity, you felt at home. Karim and his family are great hosts. If we go back to the area, we'll rent this apartment again. Everything was really great!👍

We felt very comfortable in this bright studio. Very clean, tasteful and practical (kitchen) furnished. Communication with the hosts was also straightforward and pleasant. I'd love to come back.

A small, very nice, modern and functionally furnished apartment and very clean. The terrace invites you to linger, the nearby lake access to swim. We felt very comfortable.

Barbara’s place was very well equipped, clean and felt very homely!! The view from the balcony is also very beautiful! Strongly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, everything you need to feel good, a beautiful terrace. Pets allowed, a plus. a quiet environment, close to all activities. We loved it 👌❤️

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas' accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

If I could, it would award 10 stars. Barbara and Sepp make you feel at home. The apartment is tastefully decorated and super clean. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Keep it up and thank you for a few wonderful days in your apartment.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and fridge were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular invited you to read and play.
