Sweet and cosy Apartment in City Center of Zurich

My cozy apartment is located between both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance away from downtown. One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

Gorgeous flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. This apartment is on the 1fl(2fl usa+asia) of the house (no elevator).

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

The charming old building is centrally located & is within walking distance of the famous Bahnhofstrasse. The main train station is a 10-minute walk! Fully equipped Miele kitchen & fully automatic coffee machine belong to the decor as well as high-speed internet and many more extras. The apartment is on the 4th floor and thanks to the location on a one-way street, there is absolute tranquility here. In the middle of Zurich!
