Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment. Enjoy your stay and feel at home. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Sun loungers in the garden can also be used. For small guests: baby nest or mattress to lay on, high chair, etc. See pictures in the listing.

There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping in the area. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including a dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.
