Here you are enthroned high up with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Ideal for a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surrounding area. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. You can get to the city via the beautiful, long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 15 minutes).

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Our new apartment_13 in St. Peter is the ideal base for relaxing days in the Black Forest. The climatic health resort of St. Peter charges a tourist tax, which is added to the offer price. Tourist tax for adults is €1.90 per person/day. Children 6 years and older are charged €1.00 per person/day. In return, you will receive the KONUS card. The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
