Very nice little apartment. Perfect place for a short stay. Clean, well furnished, nice balcony. It was great that you were super close to the train. In addition, you can cycle to Radolfzell in 15 minutes, in 1 hour you were in Konstanz. Top. There is also a vegan restaurant with great breakfast (Fri-Sun) nearby. The only drawback: for people with back problems, the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. We had a little pain.

There were four of us in this beautiful townhouse over Easter. Self check-in worked wonderfully. As the first guests of the apartment, we found everything sparkling clean and clean! There was plenty of space, and the decor was very appealing! After long hiking tours during the day, you could relax wonderfully in the massage chair or play a round of darts and foosball. The house is in a very quiet area and only a five minute walk from Lake Constance. It is also a good starting point for a short trip to Switzerland, e.g. to Zurich. Zoe is a very nice host who is helpful with any questions. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Zoe and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house on the banks of the Rhine, the view and garden are extraordinary. The interior is spacious, comfortable and decorated with Tom's original and tasteful taste. Beautiful surprises like the presence of birds and fish lovingly raised by Tom. We highly recommend this stay which is really worth a detour for itself. Finally, Tom and Silvio are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The little room is perfect for a short stay. Super easy to find. friendly check-in and check-out. Very cosy room and bed. Recommended for short stays. fridge and kettle right in front of room. spacious bathroom. If I was not moving into the area anyway I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay over Easter in the great, cozy house. There was enough space, the kitchen was well equipped and we did nice hikes. The bus stop is right around the corner and excursions to Stein am Rhein or other places on the Höri are worthwhile. Another highlight was the SUP! Daniel was also very quick to reach with questions.

We felt immediately comfortable . The flat is centrally located in the village. From there, you can walk to the forest in a few minutes and, for example, hike up to the castle ruins, to the water and the harbor or to the bakery . From the terrace you have a view directly of Lake Constance. We enjoyed it very much.

Matthias is a very friendly, helpful host. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. We particularly liked the good mattresses for a good night's sleep. The location of the apartment is really very nice in the countryside and you can hike directly into the beautiful Höri, partly with fantastic lake views. A must is the nearby restaurant Hirschen - a culinary delight. All in all: We will be happy to come back.

We were in the apartment for a week-long family vacation (with two boys 8 and 11 years old). We liked it very much from the beginning, especially because of the location, which allowed us to swim briefly in the lake in the warm and beautiful summer weather and then to be back in the apartment after a short walk. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is simply and practically furnished and also very clean, there was everything we needed. The children loved our table grill evening on the terrace. The walking distance to the shops was also very convenient, we became regulars at the bakery and the ice cream shop (which has very creative and mega fine varieties). The bicycles also had space in the lockable garage, so we could take them from home and use them for smaller and larger excursions. The guest cards that you receive are also very practical.

Very nice apartment, plenty of space and good amenities, large bathroom, everything fine clean. There were four of us with children and we liked it very much. Also a great communication with Jutta, everything worked out well. The ample kitchen is also great and super equipped - you are welcome to stay there. One should read carefully that it is a shared kitchen with the neighboring apartment - this is mentioned in one place and I had overlooked it. Was ok with the other family with us and there is enough enough for everyone. You should also know that the direct neighboring apartment is not completely separated by walls, but partly only by glass doors (was possibly a very large apartment), i.e. you may get a lot of people with you if necessary - we have therefore looked rather quieter than any other films in the evening out of consideration. If young people want to party there, consider (or occupy both apartments). About the location: You can't walk directly from the apartment across the beach or lake (looks almost like this in the pictures), as there is a train line in between. However, we had bicycles with us, which I generally highly recommend, as in Überlingen you have rather limited parking options by car. It was nice that we could lock the bikes in a shed at the house. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center - everything goes smoothly by bike. All in all, a nice stay in Überlingen. Next time with friends in both apartments at the same time (and bikes for everyone).

A beautiful and very well equipped apartment in a historic house, very well equipped and super central. Communication was also totally straightforward and check-in and check-out times were made flexible for us, an incredibly important aspect with an infant.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!
