Renovated and newly furnished two-room ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on Lake Constance in the district of Gundholzen of the municipality of Gaienhofen. Large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, bedroom with large double bed. Beautiful terrace with a view of the countryside. The lake is only 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bike. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the apartment. The immediate elevation allows a great view of the lake after less than 5 minutes of walking.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
