The beautiful, historic staircase is characterized by old sandstone and oak stairs and by impressive stained-glass windows with Art Nouveau elements. In the villa is also the Qube garden with a 200 sqm sun terrace and extensive lounge equipment. On the 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, the golden eagle invites you to stay above the historic rooftops of Markdorf. A total of 14 1-room apartments, two 2-room apartments and two 3-room apartments were created on 3 floors.
