Wendelin received me very kindly and showed me the apartment right away It's all clean and super organized. Wendelin has compartments/space for the "yellow" room in the fridge, kitchen cabinet and bathroom. It made me feel welcome right away. The room is wonderfully bright and large and quiet. It was particularly nice for me that Wendelin lent me a bicycle.

through and through a perfect stay. From the very friendly welcome to the great breakfast. we will definitely recommend the place and will certainly come back again.

This is my second Airbnb stay and I am glad to have had this extremely positive experience. The place left nothing to be desired, I had everything I needed. Philippa and her son are great personalities, friendly, accommodating and open-minded without being intrusive. In my case, I must particularly emphasize the flexibility and thank you very much for fulfilling my special requests. Philippa is very eager to support the stay as much as possible and that goes beyond the obvious level. Just perfect! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful all-round package with great hiking routes located directly around the guesthouse. David is a very warm host who takes care of his guests. A great extra is the indoor pool and sauna, which we enjoyed with a lot of joy. The pool and Sauana have stayed a little in the 70s style, which has a great charm, especially since everything still works smoothly. In a large dining area you can easily prepare breakfast or dinner with the adjoining kitchen, where everything is available. The large TV in the living room leaves nothing to be desired as a smart TV. Thank you for the great stay!

Very nice location! Right in nature :) The kitchen is a little small. But the Redtaurant next door is a good alternative.

The hotel is ~10 minute walk from the closest bus stop and is easy to find. The location is perfect and inviting to wander around. It takes about 1 hour to get there by bus from Freiburg (although mind the bus schedule: the last bus leaves at something like 5 PM!), and just under 2 hours to get from there to Basel. You need about 50 minutes to get to the Feldberg 250 m away from its summit, and there's a waterfall within walking distance from the hotel. The view from the balcony is great, and the rooms are spacious, clean and warm. The renovation work is not disturbing. Our hosts were super nice, I wish them success at renovating the place. Looking forward to visiting it again when this is finished. It's definitely worth the money! However, bring your food, as the restaurant is still being renovated, and there are not many places to eat at, especially at evening.

Hotel Pfaff and Oliver were a great host. Oliver personally helped bring in my luggage and educated me on the local attractions. The restaraunt served amazing food with a great view. The staff were very friendly and accomidating as well. I would definately come back! It was a great experience.
