Pia is a wonderful host who made our very spontaneous stay in Pforzheim enjoyable. It is clean, cozy, well located, well equipped, easy to check in and out and we did not miss anything! I would everyone recommend to stay there.

It’s a beautiful property at the end of street, very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night so not able to really enjoy the area but being dog friendly is a huge plus as the area had some great areas to walk the dogs. Carsten was always available to answer any questions and solved the issue with the key pad entry very quickly. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

The city is great for staying and exploring nearby places. It’s also possible to go to France, for example. The apartment is great, it has a garage, markets nearby, it’s very clean, and has a fridge, washing machine, etc. I recommend this place!

Professional host with attention to detail. For example, large toaster, professionally well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and in reasonable quality. Very comfortable beds, a bathroom where you can move around and have storage space. Public transport is easily accessible. The perfect setting for a lovely stay on Lake Constance.

A lovely and quiet place with sweet, helpful, and hospitable hosts. Everything is just perfect and in tip top condition.

We spent about 7 months at Casa Rossa and Kathleen and Paolo were always very kind to us. They find a way to help us in every situation (ex.: when our battery died due to cold weather, they helped us with recharging it so we could buy a new one). I was pregnant from the beginning of our stay and they always paid attention to my needs with heating. I worked from home and needed 0-24 network access which they provided. If we had questions they answered us in a short time. We found this place very accessible with a private parking, suitable even for a longer stay. If we vacation nearby again, then certainly in the same location. Everything is correct and worth the price. The house fits the beautiful area and vice versa. Space and variability is massively available. It is quiet despite a church nearby. Contact with hostess completely unproblematic, precise, friendly and fast. From Öhningen-Schienen you can easily explore the entire Höri peninsula, Switzerland is within sight, perfect. You have to top that first!

This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!

Perfect place to stay for an overnight stay on my way, easy check in & check out, clean room, clear instructions in the apartment.

A great place to stay for a nice weekend in the Black Forest! We were a large group and we had plenty of space. A beautiful, undisturbed environment!

This was our third stay at this apartment, and it always feels just like home. Marcus and Uli are wonderful hosts — kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and has everything you might need. We wholeheartedly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Wilhelm and Marlene are open and friendly. The apartment is very nice and practical. Everything necessary is available. The cozy seating area and garden invite you to linger. We will be happy to come back.

I can recommend the place with a very clear conscience. It is clean, everything you need is available, exactly as described. Benjamin responded very quickly and provided all the information you need. Check-in was possible earlier by arrangement and worked great. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be. By car, it's also only 15 minutes to Lake Constance. Great host, great area.

We stayed for two days in the apartment Felchen 2 Auenwald and it was really a very nice stay. The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful place. We and our children enjoyed all the attention from our hosts and the home with pool.
