Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80 × 1.45 just under double bed size, on a pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Great place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas stove, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, barbecue area. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Swimming and fishing in the lake are possible. Mosquitoes unfortunately present.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Hallo lieber Urlauber, wir bieten eine Ferienwohnung in dem schönen Langenargen an. Sie befindet sich ca.100m vom Bodensee entfernt, dies sind ca. 2 Gehminuten zu Fuß. Der Stadtkern mit einigen Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und befindet sich im 2.OG. Das Haus wurde 1974 erbaut, was sich auch im Design widerspiegelt -> Bad und WC sind echt Vintage :)

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. Very nice stay in Kressbronn. The apartment is on the 5th floor and extends over two floors, on the upper floor is a triple room and a sofa and downstairs is a large living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (a total of two toilets) as well as two more bedrooms. The apartment is very nice and cozily furnished and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, including three different ways to make coffee and there is also a large pot, which is great for larger groups. Unfortunately, we could not use the roof terrace due to the winter, but it looks very nice. The apartment is close to the train station and on the outskirts of the village, therefore very quiet and also to the lake it is within walking distance. Overall a great stay, thanks!

Susanne responded proactively to us and clarified the check in checkout with us in an exemplary manner. The apartment is located on the second floor. Steps will definitely be compensated by the view from the balcony 🤩 And although it was not visible in the pictures on Airbnb at first, the apartment even contains a closet. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can just recommend the apartment.

Very warm hosts and an apartment that at least meets the description. We felt right at home and with friends. Cozy furnished apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen and beautiful, new bathroom with shower. It was a little colder, so it was great that there was a fan heater in the bathroom and also the heaters could be turned up if necessary. The bed was a dream. Short walk to the lake and Immenstadt. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Thanks!

We felt very comfortable in the house with conservatory with great lake views and a fireplace, which quickly made the house cozy and warm after a walk in the snow. We had a very pleasant stay at Petra and Thomas' apartment. Highlight for us were the beautiful big new bathroom and also the beautiful, well equipped, kitchen. Also, the apartment was outstandingly clean everywhere! The apartment is centrally located, we were mainly traveling by bus, train and ferry, which is very feasible from this apartment, as the train station is only a 2-minute walk away and the harbor is a 5-minute walk away, which makes the apartment a really great starting point for many day activities around Lake Constance. Petra's very clear and accommodating communication has just made checking in and out very easy and hassle-free. If we go on vacation in Friedrichshafen again, we will be happy to stay in an apartment of Petra and Thomas again!

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

Alfons and his wife are super friendly and generous hosts. The apartment was as described, super clean and in a great location, very close to the beach and the bus stop, from where you can quickly get to Überlingen/Meersburg/Constance, etc. We would love to come back :-)
