Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our modern, 69-square-meter (740-square-foot) vacation rental, completed in 2020, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Bodman, surrounded by green spaces, historic farm buildings, and an orchard. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living area with TV, a dining area, and a large terrace with a dining table, parasol, lounge chairs, and fantastic lake views, as well as free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space for a car.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The electric car can also be charged.
