Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living area with TV, a dining area, and a large terrace with a dining table, parasol, lounge chairs, and fantastic lake views, as well as free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space for a car.

Our vacation rental is in a very quiet yet central location in Bodman. Just about a 6-minute walk from the lake. The apartment consists of two rooms: a living room with a sofa bed (140-cm sleeping area) and a bedroom. A separate bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is also available. The kitchen has a kitchen island (without an oven), a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There is a small terrace.
