Vacation rentals with beach access in Bodman-Ludwigshafen

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, practically furnished, beautiful bird concert all day around the house, spa and Lake Constance very close. Überlingen is easily accessible on foot. Loved it!

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. I worked partly from there, which worked very well. Shops in the immediate vicinity and most restaurants are within 10 minutes' walking distance or less. Wulf was very friendly and helpful and was able to help me with all my questions.

We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.

We had a great vacation in this home! The house is huge and offers plenty of space for everyone. The cleanliness and modernity are just perfect - everything is perfectly maintained and designed. What we particularly liked is the cozy atmosphere, which is immediately noticeable when you come in. The smart TVs in each room were a highlight - we were able to relax and watch our favorite shows. But the highlight was the games corners: the kicker and the pool table were perfect for relaxing evenings with the kids. Overall, we highly recommend this place. It's perfect for families who need a little more space and comfort. It is also a perfect base for excursions to Lake Constance, Switzerland, or cycling through the beautiful area.

We had a really great stay at the property. The lake is within 10 minutes walking distance and is perfect for cooling off. The only drawback was the mosquitoes this year, so we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down so well. Flight gates would have been helpful. Otherwise great place to stay with a very cozy terrace. Rosemarie is a very nice and helpful gesturer!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

A lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful views of Lake Constance. Ulrich and his wife are super nice and helpful at all times. We had a great time and would book again anytime. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet, idyllic location.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

A great house cozily furnished with wonderful views of the fields and the local mountain Pfänder. Everything necessary for our (large)family vacation was available. We would book the place again anytime. Communication with the agency was straightforward.

The place was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed like on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Also a reason why you feel so comfortable at Doris's. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? Great and beautiful remote location to find some peace and quiet in the Schwarzwald!

Karin is a great host. She is very friendly, was waiting for us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. On the way she pointed out the grocery stores, bakery and cafés. The apartment is clean with modern appliances and is a perfect size for 2 people. A 24-hour transport ticket allowed us to travel to Zürich by train (15 minute trip) or by ship (20 minute sail -very pleasant). The train also goes directly to the airport without needing to transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

Hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean. In addition, we immediately received information about restaurants and everything else important, which we could also read later on clipboards. :) In addition, the house is very quiet and you can still easily walk to everything. Overall, it was a great stay.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!
