Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our modern, 69-square-meter (740-square-foot) vacation rental, completed in 2020, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Bodman, surrounded by green spaces, historic farm buildings, and an orchard. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living area with TV, a dining area, and a large terrace with a dining table, parasol, lounge chairs, and fantastic lake views, as well as free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space for a car.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. Welcome to your vacation! We built our dream house a few years ago with a lot of attention to detail and furnished it so that our guests feel comfortable on vacation. The modern and individual architectural house with great lake views is located about 300 m from the lake in a quiet new development, in the 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake views and a fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020, it was awarded 4 stars. The house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Our vacation rental is in a very quiet yet central location in Bodman. Just about a 6-minute walk from the lake. The apartment consists of two rooms: a living room with a sofa bed (140-cm sleeping area) and a bedroom. A separate bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is also available. The kitchen has a kitchen island (without an oven), a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There is a small terrace.

Beautiful apartment in the second row of the lake with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. Two stoves provide coziness in the cold season. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The electric car can also be charged. In front of the house begins a unique natural beach that invites you to stroll.
