Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.
