Family-friendly detached house with garden

Family-friendly 80s single-family home in good condition in central Vennesla. There is a short way to the playground, shops, train station and bus. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Dyrepark by car. Bus to Kristiansand goes from Vennesla station (about 5min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities nearby. Walking distance to the salmon leading part of the river Otra.

House for rent during holidays. Easter is still available

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Funkishus in Kaldvellfjorden

New funkish house in Lillesand with walking distance to the sea and fresh water. The hiking area in Kaldvell is well widespread, a trip to the day trip cabin Kniben can be recommended. A short drive into the city center or a trip to the center which is 5 minutes away by car. A trip to Kristiansand Dyrepark is 15 minutes by car. It is recommended to drive there early in the morning in high season, as the parking will quickly fill up. Lillesand city center is 4.5 km away and worth a visit. Take the swimboat out to Saltholmen Lighthouse ☀️

Large house on 2 floors totaling 280 sqm with large unobstructed outdoor area and beautiful views of the Venneslafjorden. From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand center), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbor where the Color Line goes from it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

A functional kitchen design features sleek cabinetry in light tones, complemented by a dark stone countertop. Large windows provide natural light, showcasing a minimalist aesthetic. Essential appliances are integrated seamlessly, and a small shelf holds decorative items and cooking supplies.

Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

Large detached house at Dyreparken/Kr.sand /Otralakseelv

Lovely, rich house with soul:) Lawn, terrace with plenty of room. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Room for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washer, dryer, dryer, broadband, TV. All of the duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for 250, -kr per made bed and wash afterwards. Good experiences with rentals over many years. This is our home and we expect us to find it in the same condition after hosting. Welcome to sun and summer and Southern Norway;) Feel at home!

The location is central. 5 min drive away from Vennesla City City Centre with one small selection of shops, 20 min drive to Kristiansand, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo and Sørlandssenteret Cozy terrace with barbecue and dining possibilities. It should be quiet after 11 PM. The place is rented to the number of people listed at the time of booking. 5.4 km to the seat valley track 2.2 km to Hunsfoss Business Park 7.3 km to the hob

The sea view is unique! Sit back and relax in this quiet, bright and airy space. There are large surfaces both inside the house and outside on the terraces. The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area of lovely Lillesand. A short distance to swimming areas and the city's cozy city center. There are both nice shops and good restaurants. It takes 3 minutes by car down to the city center of Lillesand. Grimstad, Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only 15 minutes away by car.
