Family-friendly 80s detached house in good condition centrally located in Vennesla. There is a short distance to playground, shops, train station and bus. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

We want to rent out to other families with children, who can also enjoy the zoo, the fishing pier, the Sørlandssenteret and experience the Sørland idyll, which is about 25 minutes away by car. Child-friendly area on the "flat", so it's nice to walk in the streets, with a 10-minute walk to Vennesla city center. Shops, restaurant, bakery ++. In the garden, you will find a sand box, trampoline, cozy campfire area, slide, swing, playhouse and barbecue.

The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing jetty. No smoking or partying.

Lovely, rich house with soul :) Lawn, terrace with plenty of space. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Space for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards. Good experience with renting over many years. This is our home and we expect to find it in the same condition after rental. Welcome to sun and summer and Sørlandet;) Feel at home!

Vennesla has a diverse offer for all ages. After a 3 min drive you are in Vennesla city center which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, a library, swimming pool, bathing areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as Tømmerrenna very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 min. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

The small farm Lommedalshaugen is idyllically located by Flakksvann and the salmon river Tovdalselva. There is a nice outdoor area between the house and the barn, a large field for playing, animals on the farms in the neighborhood, a swimming hole in Flakksvann, and great trails in nature for children and adults. The place is a good fit for a couple or for a family with kids. Charming, nostalgic decor. The house is rented out during the period May 16 - August 31, for a minimum of three nights.
