The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The large lawn in front of the cabin is also ideal for children. In autumn you can pick blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. In winter, Øynaheia has great trails for those who want to go cross-country skiing. Solar panel, well water right on the outside and the outdoor shower takes you right back to authentic cabin fun. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live all by yourself with the water and the river as the closest neighbor. The beaver often visits. The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Or maybe you'd like to paddle out to a small island and spend the night in a hammock there.

The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Choose from many activities throughout the year, or just relax in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi. Park right outside and enjoy a warm cabin at arrival. Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Drive 20 minutes to one of the many activities Evje can offer all year.

On holiday to Norway? The house has a large veranda with pergola and seating area, hanging chair, hammock, a patch of garden and space for parking up to 3 cars. The house has 4 bedrooms (7, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. Other sleeping space for up to 5 people in the form of two doubles and a simple air mattress can be arranged.
