Spacious, peaceful and beautiful

Enjoy peace and quiet, bright summer evenings and sunset from the terrace just 15 minutes from Evje and just over an hour from Kristiansand. For active guests, the cabin has a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred meters away. Without electricity and water but with gas fridge, gas stove and solar lamps. Outdoor toilet facilities with direct entrance from the rear of the cabin. OK 4G coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Road all the way. The cabin with an annex is located alone in the forest by a small water. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Do you and your family want peace and time together? We rent a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35 min) and Kristiansand and the Zoo (about 30 min). The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great open land for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. There are good parking facilities at the entrance in addition to the carport. It takes 5 minutes by car to Birkeland city center. There you will find a bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its fine hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in Tovdalselva is also possible during the season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern town of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.
