Absolutely perfect for family of 5. The playroom was popular with the kids, the fireplace was perfect for colder days/evenings and the outdoor area perfect for unfolding and exploring 🤩 Very cozy and peaceful space😊 Ragnhild invited us over to the farm for a tour and dor to visit their cute animals, absolutely lovely! We got eggs and milk from the farm, which was absolutely perfect for the pancake breakfast🤩🌸 We highly recommend this place and we would love to come again 😊

The place is very cozy and stylishly decorated. There is a steep staircase, but this can be secured well by a gate. Since we were traveling with small children, this was great. Bjorn-Tore and his wife are very likeable and the children had a lot of fun with the chickens and the sheep. The surrounding area has plenty to see (lakes with swimming facilities - one in Birkeland directly, Kristiansand, Jettegrytene).

Gary and Anne Marie's house is beautiful and just like seen in the photos. It was super equipped with everything you could ask for. The surroundings are great too. Our highlight was the kayak and canoe that we did beautiful tours with. In addition, Gary and Anne Marie were always available and very helpful! The two were the best hosts you could want:)

A beautiful and cozy cottage. Everything was very clean, the heating was on upon arrival. We slept wonderfully there for 2 nights. In the morning it's wonderful to have a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Wonderfully quiet. Ideal for staying overnight from the ferry in Kristiansand.

Very nice house, with rowboat and canoes. Play options such as trampoline for children. Various toys for children. Sleeping possibilities for about 10 people. You can only do something in nature. The trout lake is wonderfully clean, but we did not catch any trout. It is desired that you leave the apartment as you received it, which also means cleaning it briefly. The garbage containers are 800 m away. The house is in a complex, strangers do not come near.

Luxurious and modern log cabin close to nature

The cabin is very cozily furnished, you feel right at home. It's thought of everything and there's a lot of thoughtful touches. The cabin is located on a small hill, so you have a beautiful view over a small valley with a river and look at a mountain range. For cross-country skiers, the cabin is perfect, you can drive from the hut to the trails only about 50 meters away. The surrounding area is very quiet. We were almost completely alone in the cottage settlement. Our kids were delighted with the many board games and loved driving down the hills around the cabin with the available sledges. The communication with Mari was perfect, she gave us a lot of useful information and always responded super quickly. All in all, we felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed the time in the snow!

Lovely house in great surroundings. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely beds with clean pillows and duvets. Easy access and nice information about all the practicalities we needed in advance and along the way. We were 10 adults during our stay. Recommend this place. Absolutely great stay in every way!

We had an amazing experience with this apartment. The host was quick to respond to messages and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for our visit to Dyreparken, with a short distance to the city center. We appreciated easy parking and easy access. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful host who made us feel welcome. The apartment was clean, had a good layout, and was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area was cozy and the kids loved the playroom in the garden. All in all, the stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend!

We were allowed to spend our last 3 days in the house before we had to go to the ferry to Kristiansand. Location of the house was ideal for us. From there you can drive well into the city or into nature for hiking. The house is well furnished and has everything you need. Enjoyed our time. Just to recommend.

We were 2 families with young children traveling together and Hege's house was perfect! Very child-friendly with private playroom with lots of toys and in a quiet neighborhood. It was walking distance to the city center and with nice playgrounds, golf course and Kristiansand within a half hour drive. The house was clean and tidy just like the photos in the listing and communication was friendly and quick.

If you dream of a holiday in Sørlandet, we can definitely recommend Lillesand and the house of Yngve. Large and spacious house, less than a stone's throw from the sandy beach and sea. Where we also got to try out the two kayaks that come with the house. Walking distance to the city center, and short drive to Kristiansand, Arendal, Grimstad, Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Should we wish for one thing, there was several garden furniture.

Had a very nice stay in the apartment. We were able to park the car downstairs, with the bus 15 minutes to Kristiansand (easy with the Entur app), which saved parking costs! The house was very clean and is in a quiet area.

A beautiful modern apartment in a fantastic, quiet location with the possibility to explore the beautiful nature. Thomas offered us a game console (our boys were very happy) and we were able to charge our electric car overnight without any problems. Thanks for a great start to our Norway vacation!
