The apartment is located in a rural area, by a river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. There is a brochure in the apartment with a map of great maintained trails for mountain hikes in the local area. It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand (25 min). It is 35-40 minutes to the ferry in Kristiansand. The summer resort Lillesand is 15 minutes away, and the same distance to Toplandsheia with cross-country ski tracks during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter vacations.

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe to keep some order. The sofa in the living room sleeps 2 children, but the self-inflating double bed is probably more fun! Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Vi leier ut en bolig i landlige og rolige omgivelser, men likevel nær de fleste store attraksjoner i sør: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35min) og Kristiansand og Dyreparken (ca 30 min). Boligen ligger i vakre omgivelser nær naturen og i et levende landbruksmiljø med sau, høner, kyr og katt. Området og hjemmet er svært barnevennlig.
