Frank's place is in a great location - an easy walk into the city or to the walks on the top of the mountain. And the funicular was just a few steps away if you didn't want to walk. It was really easy and fun to walk about Bergen from here. The place was well equipped and the bedding was very comfortable. Frank was very responsive and had lots of great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. A great stay!

Friendly and very responsive host with clear instructions for check in and check out. Great place with plentiful amenities. Quiet neighbourhood. Accommodation is walkable to city centre and bus stops; however there is a slight hill, so might not be ideal for someone bringing a large check-in luggage when it is snowing. Overall, great value for money. Very satisfied with my stay there.

Very recently renovated accommodation, very clean and functional. The apartment on one level has a pretty terrace: it is integrated into a larger building that has been divided into three. Very quiet because a little far from the main road (E6). Ideal location right across the ferry dock that connects Olderdalen to the Lyngen opposite (40 min crossing). It's very convenient to vary your hikes on the two massifs. Grocery store in walking distance. Departure from an important hike (Gillaviri) from the village. Aksel and Nathalie live in a neighboring house: they are very friendly and helpful. Even if they don't ski touring themselves, they know the subject very well and are good tips. Great place to stay for two, even if an extra bed is possible in the living room.

Very warm and personal welcome, although we only arrived at 10:30 PM, very lovingly furnished apartment, it was really everything was available, we immediately felt at home. Staying at Bo's made our trip to Oslo even more enjoyable!! Should we travel to Oslo again, we will definitely try to stay with Bo again.

We celebrated Christmas in Stavanger with both children and grandchildren. The townhouse in nice surroundings was fully equipped, tidy, clean and worked absolutely perfectly for what we needed. The descriptions were correct, check in easy, the landlord nice and responded quickly if needed. Parking (with access to electric car charger) in separate parking basement was an absolute plus. Walking distance to the city center minimized the use of a car. Nice hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend the place.

The most beautiful house with gorgeous views on the water. Very close to pulpit rock and Sokkaknuten is also very worth the effort and doable with kids. Stavanger easy to reach.

We had a fantastic four night stay at the house, with ten persons in our group (three couples and four individuals). Eivind gave us clear instructions about travelling from Oslo S central train station to local station Rygge (a taxi ride or 20 minutes walk from the property). Eivind lives a few minutes away, and met us at the property on this occasion. Eivind and colleagues at Gjesterom (Norwegian for "Guest room") responded immediately to any questions we asked them online - such as information about the air conditioning, checking out arrangements etc. They also offered information about the locality, shops, restaurants etc. The closest 'shop' is the 7-11 at the petrol station just beyond Rygge train station (about 1.1 km / 0.7 miles). Otherwise it's best to get a taxi to Moss to use the supermarkets if you haven't a taxi. We had the very best of stays, thank you, and would definitely stay again. it was our weekend getaway trip to enjoy and do some cross country ski and this cabin was a great a choice. it gave us the feeling of old cabins were availability of water is less(not this cabin don't have water) but the process is completely different from other modern cabins. Incineration toilet was first of a kind of experience for us. They cabin had everything one could ask for a cozy trip to cut oversell from techno world. Social interaction will be more, since there is no TV or wifi. but very good amount of board games and natural beauty. Highly recommended.

Did not meet landlord in person, as they were away. But good communication and instructions so it went smoothly. Nice little apartment with the accessories needed, and totally decent price for the rent, which makes me can highly recommend this place further.

Lovely apartment. Cosy decor and lots of amenities. Felt very at home. Very warm heating and good layout. Host was very responsive and helpful. We saw the northern lights from the balcony too. About 1 hour walk into Tromso but you can get bus from outside the flat.

This was an amazing cozy place! The neighborhood is fantastic, there are two bus stops very close by, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's a short ride from the center and both the Tromso museum and Telegraf beach are a short walk away, as well as an Xtra supermarket with everything you need. The apartment is well equipped and well organized, we had an amazing stay here. Thanks again!
