Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Nostalgic and cozy living room with unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster yard and was bombed during World War II. When the farm building was erected on the farm, the remains of the house were set up as a living room until the barn and today appears as an intimate and cozy little house with lots of history and soul. All amenities are of course completely modern. The house in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and at the innermost part of Høgsfjorden provides an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

Welcome to our idyllic house, perfect for those who want natural beauty and a real Norwegian experience! The house is located right on the waterfront, surrounded by mountains and lush nature. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the fjord. Direct access to the lake – perfect for swimming, fishing or a small boat trip. Electric car charger: 2.3 kW - type 2 socket (bring your own cable) Søgne 15 mins. Kristiansand 24 mins. Kristiansand Zoo 35 mins. Mandal 22 min. 15 ft boat with 6 hp engine available in summer.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Old farmhouse with new bath!

Forget your worries in this peaceful and spacious place. Enjoy the view and take a trip to the water's edge where you can barbecue and swim. If desired, you can rent a rowboat, if you have a fishing rod you can fish. The area has a literary center, farm food shop, bakery and photo exhibition. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 7 beds, washing machine and dishwasher. The place is shielded from traffic, so a quiet simple overnight stay also fits well. Free parking.

(a cot) The house is located in a rural and undisturbed area, within walking distance to Lista Lighthouse, Lista Bird Station, some of Norway's best surf spots and mile-long beaches. In the garden there are several cozy seating areas and lots of sun during the summer months. Exterior sink and bench space for gutting fish. Rack for storing surfboards and hanging wetsuits to dry.

Apartment Fjord&Fjell view

Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet location and with views of the fjord and mountains only about 20 minutes (by car) from Preikestolen, probably the most famous excursion destination with us. The Kjerag is also easily accessible from here. Pets are welcome. We warmly welcome a maximum of 6 guests. You will stay in the lower, fully furnished apartment. In summer, sun from 10 am to sunset. We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
