For those who visit the cabin in the summer, there are many great hiking trails past many waters and swimming areas as well as good fishing opportunities; Remember your fishing license!

The cabin is located 700 meters above sea level in Øyfjell in Vinje. Forest and wildlife. You live close to nature. 150 meters to walk to the cabin from parking. Remember to bring good shoes, you walk in terrain, snow from Nov to May. It is simple and no luxury, no running water. The cabin is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There are ski slopes and fatbike trails by the cabin. The cabin only has a wood-burning stove for heating. There is a small oven and small hob for cooking. No refrigerator. Only outhouse/ecological toilet (15 meters from the cabin).

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed (2+1) and on the loft there are three mattresses. Guests must bring their own consumables, bed linen and towels. Guests wash out themselves.

Nice family cabin at Bjønntjønn, by car 5 minutes away from Gautefall ski center and 10 minutes to Treungen center. Hiking areas, bathing water and blue marked 100m from the cabin. Suitable for family or couple of friends. This is our "other" home so we want tenants to treat it as their own. Pets are not allowed due to allergies in one of our children. The tenant must clean up after themselves. Electricity is extra. Bring your own bed linen/sheets and towels.

Enjoy the view from the terrace while you light the fire pit to keep warm during the winter cold or on a bright summer evening.
