Five skylights provide good lighting conditions. Walking distance to the city center, Aquarama, Bystranda, UiA, Sør Arena and open spaces. The nearest bus stop is 20 meters away. 150 meters to the bus metro with departure to the city center, Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Kjevik Airport and UiA. There are two grocery stores within 200 meters from the apartment. Restaurant and bakery a stone's throw away.

In the bathroom there is a washing machine and the drying rack you will find in one of the closets. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Stor luftig leilighet i nybygg. Lyse og fine soverom sammen med stue og kjøkken i loftsetasje. Flislagt gang og innbydende bad i første etasje. Sentralt plassert på strandeiendom ved Krøgeneskilen. Det går buss til byen ca hvert kvarter. I kort gangavstand fra leiligheten er Arendals ny stolthet badeøya Løkholmen (se vedlagte bilder). Det er egen trampoline, jolle, brygge og strand på tomten som deles med vertsfamilien om vi er hjemme. Ca 45 min. kjøretid til Dyreparken i Kristiansand.

Garage apartment with kitchenette and bathroom, balanced ventilation and air conditioning. Possibility to use our pool in the garden during the summer months. We have kids born in 09, 11, 14 and 2018. They are diligent users of the pool. There is a sixth sleeping place, but it is on a sofa bed. Beach and great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes to Feed ski arena Bed linen can be ordered in addition. NOK 100 per set.
