We rent our cozy detached house in a quiet area overlooking Gillsvann, 300 m from a swimming beach, 600 m to the sea. 4 bedrooms + TV lounge with daybed (160x270) + loft lounge with sofa bed. 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, open plan kitchen-dining room with space for 20. 9/10 beds + baby bed and/or mattress. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue, garden living room with lounge, 250m ² lawn with trampoline. A short distance to nice swimming areas in fresh water and the sea. 12 minutes to Dyreparken. Rented to families with children!

Renovated detached house by the sea. bathing area, boat can be used free of charge. Gas grill and fire pit The boat has 8 seats/echo sounder. AC throughout the house, so that you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Animals are allowed 10 min to Flekkefjord city center by boat & car. Here you can drive inland so you can avoid the rough sea. Enjoy a better dinner along the river promenade where there are more restaurants and much more. Flekkefjord is a nice and pleasant town. In this spacious and unique villa, the entire travel party will have a comfortable stay :) Take a relaxing bath in the bathtub with your favorite series on TV, fire up the sauna, play table tennis, try the homemade huska that hangs from the living room ceiling, enjoy the sun from morning to late evening on one of the terraces, find garden games, take a quick walk (about 3 min) down to the beach, cook on the spacious kitchen island (or fire up the grill outside!) while you look at the view - here the possibilities are many! Pleasant rural house, 15 min from the zoo, cat

Spacious and pleasant house on the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, sea and forest lake. 15 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand City Center. 5 minutes to a convenience store with fresh bread every day - including Sundays! Relax here with the whole family, and Jens the cat will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and the greenhouse on a daily basis. I live in the workshop on the property, and you are welcome to stop by and see what I am doing!

Large unique villa by the Telemark Canal

In peaceful surroundings overlooking the Telemark Canal lies this unique place, which consists of an older house (1947) and a newer house (1984) that are connected via a large common entrance. Here there is a good play area for 2 families who can each have their own house, but still live together. There is also a good opportunity to rent the place for several couples of friends. In the dining room, there is plenty of space at the large long table. Both houses can also be rented separately.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
