Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Benito Juárez

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

El departamento se encuentra en una muy bonita zona y en si, cumple con todo lo descrito, excelente trato del anfitrion y el lugar estaba impecable y ordenado. Sin duda no será la única vez que esté ahí.

Espacio amplio para 2 personas, no era tan privado por los negocios que se ponen afuera en la madrugada pero el lugar está muy agusto

A nice get away from the crowds. Can walk or get an uber for a few dollars to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and no one was ever in it. Very safe environment as well.

WOW! What a beautiful place- the beach is just across the street. Great seafood places around, we felt SAFE all the time. Magali’s Dad was SUPER HELPFUL and Magali was WONDERFUL checking on us making sure we were fine. I will definitely comeback this year. We enjoyed the balcony every day and Majestic Sunrises. The department was super clean and has everything you need. Amazing Experience!! Thank you Magali and Mr. Soto for making our Vacation so pleasant. We’re going to miss you guys, all the action in the beach and delicious food. Till next time !!

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

We loved every minute of our stay at this quiet apartment located in Cancun's hotel zone. It's a little tricky to find at first, as the entrance doesn't face the street, but it is in a quiet secluded area with cute family-run restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. There is a lobby entrance at ground floor, and the rooms are located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. The room itself is well appointed and maintained, and the air conditioning works great. Front desk staff are available to assist with check-in, and were very friendly and happy to help. The host offered to pick us up at the airport, and let us check in early for no additional charge, which was a lifesaver as my travel companion was not feeling well and needed to lie down. Thank you!!! If you want an affordable option in the ritzy tourist district of Cancun, that is in a quiet area but a short walk from the night life, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Amazing place loved it would go back highly recomend it

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestra visita a México, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos a Xochitl y su hermosa casa. Desde el primer momento, nos recibió con una calidez inigualable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su hospitalidad y atenciones fueron excepcionales: siempre atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es simplemente encantadora: limpia, cómoda, con una decoración acogedora y un ambiente tranquilo que invitaba al descanso. Cada rincón reflejaba el cariño y el cuidado con el que está mantenida. Fue el lugar perfecto para relajarnos después de nuestros días explorando México. Estamos profundamente agradecidos con Xochitl por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

tiene buena ubicación, a su alrededor hay alimentos y tiendas que quedan cercas, la casa está estupenda

hola, total mente regresaría , la casa es limpia y tiene todo como la descripción. esta muy céntrica, tiene todo lo necesario.

La casa tiene muchísimo espacio. Mi familia de 6 adultos y dos niños se acomodo perfecto. Todo muy limpio y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. 100% lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a venir a Cancun, seguro lo vuelvo a agendar.

No me avisaron de la sra marlen, oque darían el desayuno... Y que necesita 1 estacionamiento.

Pasamos una maravillosa semana en este apartamento. Muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso y muy bonito. La vista desde la terraza era maravillosa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Volveríamos sin duda alguna.

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones, el lugar es muy tranquilo y tiene buena vista, está en buena zona.

Magnífico hospedaje. El departamento es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para un hospedaje de varios días. Es moderno y con todos los servicios, es muy limpio y amplio. El condominio en general es magnífico, las albercas y el lago son tal cual se muestran en las fotos, puedes pasar días enteros en las áreas comunes descansando y disfrutando el agua. Están muy bien cuidado tanto el departamento como todo el condominio, cuentan con seguridad 24/7 y el personal es muy amable. El área es muy tranquila, no hay ruido, ni cuestiones molestas al rededor. A tan solo unos metros encuentras tiendas como Chedraui, Walmart, Oxxo, gasolinera y muchos lugares locales para comer, puedes ir caminando pero recomiendo rentar un coche para una movilidad mas cómoda y rápida.

Nos encantó esta residencia, muy bien ubicada y la atención de nuestro anfitrión siempre fue rápida y amigable, sin duda un lugar ampliamente recomendable y no dudaría en regresar

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de centros comerciales y la atención y comunicación por parte de Nino siempre fue clara.

This property is perfect & we will definitely return! We came as a family with 2 kids (1 baby and 1 toddler) and Ricardo provided a crib for us which was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you may need. We felt so safe in the neighborhood and even felt comfortable walking around at night. The security at the property is so friendly & makes you feel very safe. Walmart, Starbucks, a gelato restaurant, a French bakery, an Italian restaurant, a sushi restaurant and a breakfast waffle restaurant is all within a 5 minute walk! The airport is also very close to the condo. We used Ricardo’s trusted driver, Mariela, for every ride we took around Cancun. My family felt very comfortable & we can confidently say that anybody would be extremely happy staying here! The pool was amazing and there’s even a small playground for kids. The A/C in the home works perfectly & there’s also a balcony patio if you prefer fresh air. The laundry within the home was great to have too!
