Vacation rentals with a pool in Benito Juárez

Excellent hosts, they were always attentive, the house was clean and just as described and as shown in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions on how to get to the places. My family and I thank you very much for your attention and kindness. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and we would come back. Thanks for everything. 😊

Excellent stay in Cancun, the accommodation is in a great location, not far you will find a shopping mall, restaurants, a park with lots of small stands, entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is large, clean, the pool is really a very pleasant plus. the two of us stayed in this accommodation, we felt at home. It has a washing machine available, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel... everything to make it the ideal accommodation. the host is very responsive. If I return to Cancun, I will return to this accommodation which was our favorite from the start and is even more so today. The place is really better in real life than in the photos. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a quiet little corner in Cancun with a pool and all amenities nearby.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Nice place to stay very cosy

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was really done to make us comfortable. Hendrick is really very friendly, very responsive and very efficient. He arranged transportation for our trips from our arrival at the airport until our departure (including trips between our different Airbnbs). In terms of the location of the house, I think it's good to have a car or take taxis to visit.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

It is a very well located apartment in the hotel area just 15 minutes from the airport. Very accessible to take the bus on the Kukulcan boulevard that takes you all over the hotel zone, and a beautiful view.

Everything was 5 star. The place was clean, Eric communicated very quickly, it was equipped with everything we needed, the water pressure was glorious and the lagoon was fun. Things that were outside of the host control: the upstairs people can be noisy with kids playing or someone moving furniture in the middle of the night, but remember that when you rent a condo it’s not unlikely for this to happen when you have someone above you and possibly your doing similar to your neighbors below you. The kids playground is absolutely inoperable and very unsafe so don’t let your kids play on it. This is not the fault of the host either bc the employees at the lagoon have even told us that many residents complain and the grounds admin has not fixed it. The staff at the front and in the lagoon were an absolute joy and were very nice. This place is located close to so many places so just download Rappi and order or you can walk to the store or to get marquesitas near by. I would stay here again

Location in a high-growth area, it was easy to order Uber from there to the different destinations in Cancun, it has the basics for a complete stay.

Very good hosts, highly recommend to anyone looking for a private and beautiful place to stay.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

This airbnb space was great! Had everything we needed and more. It’s very cozy and spacious. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly & responsive. We even had coffee waiting for us! The area isn’t the best, but if you have a car it’s quick to get around to the more popular areas. The ubers are super cheap too! The location is safe and check-in is easy.

We stayed here in May and really enjoyed the location—close to the hotel zone and just steps from the beach. The rooftop infinity pool with ocean views was a highlight. While there was some outside noise and we could hear guests in the neighboring room, the host thoughtfully provided earplugs, which helped. The host was very responsive and addressed any issues quickly. Overall, a great stay with amazing views and excellent service!
