Nice place. We booked at the last second so it was the right place at the right time.

I rented two rooms for the entire month of May. I had apartment 3 and apartment 19 (but I’m unable to tell which review is for which room). I stayed in apartment 4 and had several different people come and stay in room 19 throughout the month. This place was great for me, but definitely not for everyone. It is a small complex right on the beach, away from the crowds at Playa Norte and with a more local vibe. This is what I was looking for. The beach area was small, but I was often the only one utilizing it. The water in the ocean is shallow and there is some sea weed, but I enjoyed it. The water was smooth and perfect for paddle boarding. There was a dock next door to the left which I utilized for snorkeling from and saw a lot of fish. The sunsets here were amazing!! I had a beautiful ocean view from room 3!! There was also a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill that was awesome for dinners on the beach. This place is in no way luxurious, but it was clean, was adequate for preparing small meals, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The bed in room 3 was very comfortable, but I was told that the bed in room 19 was hard although I never slept in that room. Room 3 was in the newer building and was definitely more updated. It had a very large covered patio complete with lights and a ceiling fan…perfect for reading and lounging. Room 19 was overlooking the pool and was quite a bit smaller, but it was also cheaper. Staff members were very friendly but didn’t speak much English. They were very responsive when communicating through the app, though. There is a beach club next door (Nomads )that also has god and very affordable food…I ate there many times (try the pizza and the tuna tartare). One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool. The area was nice and it looked newer, but for the first several weeks I was there, the water level was below the level of the skimmer and the filter wasn’t working, so the water was murky and dingy. This issue was resolved by the end of my stay, though. I think they did some work on it around the third week I was there, and the water was nice and clean after that. Know that this place is by no means a 4 star resort, however, for me it was 5 stars based on the value for the money. I think I received a pretty good discount by staying for a month.

Andrea's space was in the perfect location with an amazing view from the room. Although the interior was touch outdated it was well worth the price! The staff at the space was extremely attentive and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Nico and his crew, were always quick to respond any of our questions. Helpful to direct our family to a safe and reliable transportation to and from airport. The suite is just as pictured. The beach is my favorite. Calm water for kids, peaceful, and private. Security to the resort 24/7 was outstanding! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the hotel zone which made it perfect. Without hesitation would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Mariana’s place! She was so friendly and accommodated some of our needs which worked out perfect for us! So much to do nearby and in a nice secluded area away from the busy spots. We found it very easy to get around and find transportation to and from our location! Everything was super clean and we had an all around wonderful experience. We would stay here again! Thank you!

I missed the beginning, but Francisco guided me. Everything was great. The kitchen has everything you need. nearby stores, I recommend not buying at the hotel, it's a bit expensive.😅 For transportation to the center you can take a bus and you get there super fast. Recommended for 100.

Good location. Great condo for the price. More than adequate spending most of my time with activities. Water pressure and hot water were satisfactory. No issues with Internet. As with much of Mexico, there are no water traps in the plumbing, so recommend keeping the bathroom door closed for sewer gas. Nice little balcony with hammock and distant ocean view. Some minor areas of wear, but overall clean.

Excellent place to stay, close to squares. The place 10 out of 10. It will definitely be my next choice when I travel to Cancun again.

Excellent location near the main avenues, shops and taxis. The house was very clean when we arrived, the weather, hot water, all the basics in the kitchen. I highly recommend it, I will spend my next vacation here with my family

The place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and everything was as advertised or better. The host was exceptional at making sure I was taken care of as well. Highly recommended.

Betty was an exceptional host and assisted me with all question I had. This air BNB is 5 minutes drive from the stripe which makes it a great location. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, with all the amenities they offer in the advertisement. Brenda was always attentive to answer my questions, to help me with access to the apartment, the beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean. I really recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, large, ideal for a large family. The pool has warm water. Super attentive.

Fine stay with Julio! The pool and the appartment are great! For us the location with perfect since we wanted to stay close the airport, but other then that the location is not great, a bit far from the city center.

Amazing time . Got all my stuff done that was planed for my stay . Host was very fast in response and assisted me in some issues with deliveries . For sure I will use her place again when I return

Cute and comfortable for one or two people, it is close to downtown Cancun and restaurants. I recommend it.

I loved the stay. It's a very comfortable and super central place. Mariana always responds in time and solves everything quickly. Would stay with her again.

Mrs. Elvia was attentive at all times from our arrival until our departure. She gave us permission to enter at the time of our arrival since it was after our check-in but our flight arrived in the morning, so there was no problem. She waited for us as soon as we arrived. Everything was very good, the truth is very pleasant. Mrs. Elvia, in addition to the place, is very quiet. It is far from the hotel area but there is transportation across the street or you can ask for an uber, etc. everything is very clean and comfortable. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again 🤗✨️

Excellent host, the apartment is very nice, the pool area is nice and clean, it is easy to get to, the apartment is very clean. In short, we would stay with Icela again, they were always looking out for us.

We really liked the stay in the apartment, Aníbal was always available for any questions and is very helpful, everything is very clean, it is comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms, we used the kitchen to make some meals and everything was very good! We recommend renting a car to get around. Thank you Anibal and Cecilia!
