Hi Lauren, I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing stay! We had a little trouble finding the location at first, but you were so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. Once we arrived, the staff met us at our car, walked us through check-in, and showed us around the home—it made everything so much easier. From there, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The home was absolutely beautiful, so spacious, and the views were breathtaking. Having restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance was a huge plus, and getting in and out of the property was seamless. I’ve already shared the booking info with a few family members who are planning trips to Cancun soon! Thanks again for everything—we truly enjoyed our stay.

The place was great, just keep in mind that is a house in front of the sea, it has laundry that u need to paid, the staff is great super helpful and friendly, specially Mr Delfino whatever u need ask him his cool, there’s markets, bars inside the private complex and is close to the Hotel Zone so u can request an uber. Everything was great if you see some rust in some metallic things again remember is a house in front of the sea so as you know the salt in the air is getting to the house but still everything was great the place is amazing and u can get Uber eats and there’s 2 markets close to the complex u can walk.

We liked staying at this condo because... 1. of the location. We went to several beaches in Cancun and this was the prettiest with its turquoise, clear water and soft sand. It was also right across the street from a supermarket and lots of restaurants. 2. you can wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise from your bed or balcony. 3. it had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable like a water dispenser that dispensed cold water and a drying rack that dried our towels and bathing suits like my dryer at home. Villas Mariln is like me. Built awhile a go and is showing it's age but everything is still operational and functional. If you want perfection like Club Med, then this isn't for you. Feel free to pay way more to experience the same beautiful parts of Cancun. Yet, if you want an affordable way to stay in one of the most beautiful places than this condo is just perfect.

I would give it 100 stars if you could the very nice house very spacious clean with everything you need to cook Ana was always on the lookout easy to get to many food businesses I would love to come back without hesitation a thousand thanks Airbnb thank you ANA🌹.

“An amazing experience in Cancun” My stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful. The place has stunning ocean views, which made the morning special. The pool, which is right next to the beach, was the perfect place to relax while enjoying the sun and the scenery. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, which allowed us to feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with easy access to several points of interest in Cancun. Without a doubt, what I enjoyed the most was the tranquility and beauty of the place. Ideal for those looking to disconnect and enjoy a good rest. I would recommend this place 100%!

Brand new unit in a brand new building, so it was sparkling clean. Comfy bed, rain shower, well stocked kitchen (I really appreciated having little extras like storage containers and sharp knives!) Reliable and fast internet. Nice balcony overlooking some dense woods; a great place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Or go up to the roof to watch the sun rise. Beautiful pool up there, as well as a laundry room. The small gym and BBQ area on the roof weren't completed during my stay. The only negative about the apartment is that it is located in the building so that there is very little natural light during the day. Always had to have the lights on. The location is close to the action (about a 5 minute walk to the main square/pier) and grocery store, restaurants, bars and taxis, but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Andres was a great host and I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Jessica and Rodrigo are great hosts! If you opt for tranquility close to the sea, this is the place. 30 Minutes Walking Downtown. (We walk in the shade, into the jungle. ) At dusk there are mosquitoes. But only when it's dark. Impeccable pool. Free apartment cleaning service on request. Big water bottle replaced at will. New appliances, even a blender to make your margaritas! I would highly recommend!
