Beautiful House in Down Town at the heart of the nice side of Cancun w/ lots of good restaurants, supermarkets, malls and golf course. Five very comfortable rooms w/ private bathroom each, private pool, living room, dining room, full equiped kitchen, free parking, etc. Trees in the house, give a sense of peace and freshness. 7 minutes to the beach, 25 to the airport, 2 to the hotel zone entrance. For respect to the neighbours, noise like music or loudly chats are not allowed in the pool area.

Comfortable residence in a condominium. It has a private pool in the house's patio, three bedrooms with TV, WiFi, Netflix, YouTube, etc. It also has 2 and a half bathrooms, parking and security, luxury finishes and air conditioning throughout the house, a large recreation area in the condominium with a barbecue, swimming pool and games for children, located on the main avenue, 5 minutes from the hotel area and downtown Cancun.
