This spot's pretty awesome. One thing not included in the description, but that was of tremendous value was the restaurant right outside the complex. The food was good and it was cheap, we planned on cooking a bunch of our own meals but ended up eating there a bunch. The pool is super nice, and the place is very spacious. Would highly recommend we had a great time!

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

Luis was a great host, we arrived very late, he waited for us and offered to help if we needed anything. The house was clean and very functional. He offered to help us because we have a reservation that was canceled, he offered to help us order food. He also gave us suggestions for excursions. You can go there without a problem, everything is great. We recommend it. If we go back to Cancun, I'll go back to Luis'!

Perfect for a vacation, two floors, four rooms, very comfortable stay. The yard on the first floor is suitable for drinking and chatting at night

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

it's a great choice if you get a car or just do not plan on to hotel zone. the location is good, not far from everything. shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. the house itself is neat. very nice terrace with the pool. the neighborhood is quiet that's if you are fornd of good night sleep after all the activities. I would really recommend. the hosts are great. very responsive friendly and always respond quickly. great stay. I will go back again

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Cancun. The area is private and safe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout my visit. The house/apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. In addition, the host's attention was excellent, always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. It's definitely a place I'd like to go back to and will recommend to friends and family. Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

Cheaper and better than a hotel as even on vacation I prefer to live privately like at home. Very nice house and all amenities are in order, great contact with the host. Short walking distance to a public beach entrance. Going to the beach on foot, you have to cross a road that gets extremely busy in the rush hour and the pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of order. However we found a pass underneath the road: as you exit the condominium territory, shortly after security checkpoint, there is an empty land lot on the right. Turn right and follow a footpath. We’d love to return to this place.

The accommodation is very nice, clean, comfortable, private and safe; it is in an area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. Caribe is very friendly, attentive to his guests and solves problems quickly. Highly recommended for staying with family or friends.

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The house has many amenities and is in a strategic point of Cancun since there are many convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies close to the area. My family was very comfortable during the stay and there was never any inconvenience. Victor was flexible with check-in times that helped us fit our schedule and was always in touch with us making sure everything was up to expectations.
