very good accommodation, only on the front door there was an ants nest but out there.. everything was great and the hostess was very attentive to the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alana's listing. The condo is clutter-free and well-maintained. Right next to the building, there’s a fantastic vegan restaurant that attracts an international crowd, as well as the Cancún Music Institute, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the area. Just half a mile away, you'll find Nader Street, a lively spot with outstanding authentic restaurants and salsa clubs—perfect for food lovers and nightlife enthusiasts. The condo itself has great air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay, though there’s no TV. But who comes to Cancún to watch TV anyway? I’m sure future guests will appreciate their time at this wonderful condo. Thanks, Alana, and much love to the amazing people of Mexico!

Before check-in, she sent us a video instruction, so we found everything without any problems. If we are still in Cancun, we will definitely stay at Eva's place!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

The location is excellent!!! The access to the beach and the view of the sea is beautiful🤩. The studio has 2 comfortable double beds and a sofa bed… everything you need to prepare food, hot and cold water, offers you quite a few bath towels, there is a fan and air conditioning. Highly recommended and accessible. We would stay again ☺️ thanks for the host's hospitality 👍🏼✨

Norma was an excellent and amazing host who was always available. Her place is perfect get away for the person who wants a nice peaceful resort. We had a small situation at the end of my stay and Norma was right on it and end up making everything right. You can’t go wrong with Norma or her properties.

Great place in a great location stayed for 3 weeks awesome host very clean totally accurate to the pictures would for sure reccomended to any one!

First time in Mexico and my husband and I felt right at home, bed was comfortable home was clean and well put together. 15/20 minute stroll and we were right near everything .. Ubers were like $5 us and we were a 10-15 minute drive right into the hotel zone and party strip..there’s a bar and a couple restaurants and karaoke in 5 minute walking distance.. AC and fans kept us cool the entire trip.. everything very clean.. there’s washer and dryer works great and fast.. they start you off with toiletries like toilet paper paper towel towels etc.. everything isn’t the photos is what’s in the home.. quiet safe area .. extremely responsive host.. everything was perfect .. clean pretty pool too.. we would come back.. oh and WiFi worked well.. good price for where we were and the proximity to everything.. helps to be on the 1st floor when come back from having too muuchhhh tequila lol .. I chose Ricardo's apartment because of its location near the nightclubs and restaurants, the heart of the hotel area. You can find everything within a 10-minute walk. But the real plus was Ricardo's attention. He answers your questions quickly and is always ready to solve whatever you need. We were able to check in before the check-in time, which is appreciated because we felt confident that we wouldn't be left adrift once we arrived. And he helped us by looking after the suitcases when we went out on what was a couple of tours. The stay is perfect for spending the night, but what definitely makes it an incredible choice is Ricardo's attention. He helped us with everything and that's appreciated when you come to a good place. I definitely recommend it

Everything went well!

Very quiet. (there are local dogs but with the windows closed and fans going it is minimal. (you are in a vibrant Mexican town; there will be city noise). the security at the gate are super friendly. it has walkable local restaurants and easy Uber pick up. Beautiful terrace and plants. fridge, kitchen. the water takes a bit to get hot with the left handle in the top suite but the temperature is amazing for hot days haha.

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

A great apartment in a quiet beautiful area of Cancún. The car can be left directly in front of the door without any problems. You are close to all untouristy and very tasty Mexican restaurants. The apartment is great and perfect for living, it has everything you need! Especially the roof terrace is great. The communication with Leonard was very quick, friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime. 💯 Recommendation! Thanks!!
