muy buen alojamiento, solo que en la puerta de la entrada había un nido de hormigas pero de ahí en fuera.. todo estuvo muy bien y la anfitriona estuvo muy al pendiente de la estancia.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alana's listing. The condo is clutter-free and well-maintained. Right next to the building, there’s a fantastic vegan restaurant that attracts an international crowd, as well as the Cancún Music Institute, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the area. Just half a mile away, you'll find Nader Street, a lively spot with outstanding authentic restaurants and salsa clubs—perfect for food lovers and nightlife enthusiasts. The condo itself has great air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay, though there’s no TV. But who comes to Cancún to watch TV anyway? I’m sure future guests will appreciate their time at this wonderful condo. Thanks, Alana, and much love to the amazing people of Mexico!

Спасибо огромное Еве за это замечательное жилье. Там есть просто все необходимое и даже больше. Ева заботится, чтобы было комфортно и удобно во всем. Плюс Ева сама очень отзывчивая! Перед заселением прислала нам видео инструкцию, так что мы нашли все без проблем. Если мы еще будем в Канкуне - обязательно остановимся у Евы!

Todo de maravilla. La pasamos muy bien, muy bonito y buen ubicado. La atención muy buena y sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar cuando regresemos.

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

el departamento muy cómodo tal cual lo ofrecido.. las prestaciones de piscina y demás por parte del condominio no muy agradables

Norma es una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta a mis consulta, nos recomendó lugares para comer, supermercados y vías de transporte. También nos solucionaron un problema técnico muy rápido. El condominio donde se encuentra el departamento es super tranquilo, familiar y tiene un acceso fácil a la playa, la cual es muy linda, limpia y tranquila. Todo fue excelente, supero mis expectativas.

First time in Mexico and my husband and I felt right at home, bed was comfortable home was clean and well put together. 15/20 minute stroll and we were right near everything .. Ubers were like $5 us and we were a 10-15 minute drive right into the hotel zone and party strip..there’s a bar and a couple restaurants and karaoke in 5 minute walking distance.. AC and fans kept us cool the entire trip.. everything very clean.. there’s washer and dryer works great and fast.. they start you off with toiletries like toilet paper paper towel towels etc.. everything isn’t the photos is what’s in the home.. quiet safe area .. extremely responsive host.. everything was perfect .. clean pretty pool too.. we would come back.. oh and WiFi worked well.. good price for where we were and the proximity to everything.. helps to be on the 1st floor when come back from having too muuchhhh tequila lol .. Andreas is a very helpful host, the suite was clean, bright, and well appointed. The view and sunsets are amazing. Would recommend highly!

Elegí el departamento de Ricardo por su ubicación cerca de la zona de antros restaurantes, corazón de zona hotelera. A 10 min caminando encuentras todo. Pero definitivamente el plus fue la atención de Ricardo responde rápido tus dudas y siempre dispuesto a resolver lo que necesites . Pudimos entrar antes de la hora del check inn eso se agradece pues nos sentimos con la confianza de no andar a la deriva una vez que llegamos. Y nos apoyó resguardando las maletas cuando salimos en lo que hacíamos un par tour. La estancia es perfecta para pasar la noche pero definitivamente lo que la hace increíble para elegir es la atención de Ricardo nos apoyó en todo y eso se agradece cuando vienes a un lugar bueno definitivamente lo recomiendo

Lindo y cómodo, la zona es muy tranquila y Alba pendiente a cualquier cosa que necesitabamos.

Very quiet. (there are local dogs but with the windows closed and fans going it is minimal. (you are in a vibrant Mexican town; there will be city noise). the security at the gate are super friendly. it has walkable local restaurants and easy Uber pick up. Beautiful terrace and plants. fridge, kitchen. the water takes a bit to get hot with the left handle in the top suite but the temperature is amazing for hot days haha.

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Ein tolles Appartement in einer ruhigen schönen Gegend von Cancún. Das Auto kann man direkt ohne Probleme vor der Tür stehen lassen. Man ist in der Nähe von allen untouristischen und sehr leckeren mexikanischen Restaurants. Das Appartement ist toll und perfekt zum Wohnen, es gibt alles, was braucht! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit Leonard war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 💯 Weiterempfehlung! Danke!!
