Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Un gran lugar para hospedarte, solo fui por unos trámites y fue Justo lo que necesitaba, aunque no tiene AC el lugar siempre estuvo fresco, una zona muy segura de la ciudad y cerca de restaurantes

Jesus was super helpful with everything. The check-in was easy and location was easy to find as well. Apartment was exactly as described. When I first took a shower, the hot water wasn’t working but after I let him know, he came immediately to fix it and make it to the amount of heat that I wanted. The toilets are also very good with excellent plumbing (hard to find sometimes in Cancun)! I would stay again! Thanks Jesus!

Le logement est confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Il bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait, à proximité à pied du ferry pour Isla Mujeres et des plages et à 5min en voiture du terminal de bus ADO. En general estuvo bastante bien mi estancia, me quedé una semana y desde el inicio Fer fue muy amable, todo el contacto que tuvimos con él fue por mensaje pero siempre muy atento, mencionó las indicaciones precisas siempre estando disponible por cualquier cosas que necesites, al departamento por el día le da el sol directamente pero no es problema porque cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo malo es que cuando llegamos olía un poco a humedad la casa, la cama es cómoda, a excepción del retrete que queda muy pegado a la pared y si eres alguien que le cuesta trabajo dormir con ruido es probable que te moleste un poco el ruido de la zona de descarga que está enfrente, además que durante varios días de la semana por las noches se escuchaba una alarma bastante fuerte en la calle que empezaba a sonar de 00:00 a las 7:00 aproximadamente. Pero en general es una gran opción para quedarte, cómoda y con un gran host Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Fer.
