Great place to stay while in Cancun. We stay here everytime we visit.

The apartment is in a very nice area and in itself, complies with everything described, excellent treatment of the host and the place was spotless and tidy. It will certainly not be the only time I am there.

Spacious space for 2 people, it was not so private because of the business that they get out in the early morning but the place is very comfortable

A nice get away from the crowds. Can walk or get an uber for a few dollars to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and no one was ever in it. Very safe environment as well.

WOW! What a beautiful place- the beach is just across the street. Great seafood places around, we felt SAFE all the time. Magali’s Dad was SUPER HELPFUL and Magali was WONDERFUL checking on us making sure we were fine. I will definitely comeback this year. We enjoyed the balcony every day and Majestic Sunrises. The department was super clean and has everything you need. Amazing Experience!! Thank you Magali and Mr. Soto for making our Vacation so pleasant. We’re going to miss you guys, all the action in the beach and delicious food. Till next time !!

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

We loved every minute of our stay at this quiet apartment located in Cancun's hotel zone. It's a little tricky to find at first, as the entrance doesn't face the street, but it is in a quiet secluded area with cute family-run restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. There is a lobby entrance at ground floor, and the rooms are located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. The room itself is well appointed and maintained, and the air conditioning works great. Front desk staff are available to assist with check-in, and were very friendly and happy to help. The host offered to pick us up at the airport, and let us check in early for no additional charge, which was a lifesaver as my travel companion was not feeling well and needed to lie down. Thank you!!! If you want an affordable option in the ritzy tourist district of Cancun, that is in a quiet area but a short walk from the night life, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Fantastik place Anlo ice cream down the street best ice cream Hijo de bira best biria with a car wash best car wash next to thw restaurant Only thing was broken toilet seat was anoying but other then that 5 starz ! Amazing place loved it would go back highly recomend it

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We had a wonderful experience during our visit to Mexico, and much of it is thanks to Xochitl and her beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with unparalleled warmth, making us feel right at home. Her hospitality and attention were exceptional: always attentive to every detail and ready to help us with whatever we needed. The house is simply charming: clean, comfortable, with cozy decor and a quiet atmosphere that invited rest. Every corner reflected the love and care with which it is maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after our days exploring Mexico. We are deeply grateful to Xochitl for making our trip an even more special experience. We would definitely go back!

The house has a lot of space. My family of 6 adults and two children is perfectly accommodated. Everything very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. 100% I recommend it and if I come to Cancun again, I'm sure to schedule it again.

I wasn't warned of Mrs. marlen, or they would give breakfast... And she needs 1 parking space.

An excellent place to spend your vacation, the place is very quiet and has a good view, it is in a good area.

Great stay. The apartment is very comfortable, it comes with everything you need for a stay of several days. It is modern and with all the amenities, it is very clean and spacious. The condominium in general is magnificent, the pools and the lake are as shown in the photos, you can spend whole days in the common areas resting and enjoying the water. Both the apartment and the entire condominium are very well maintained, they have 24/7 security and the staff is very friendly. The area is very quiet, there is no noise, or annoying issues around. Just a few meters away you can find shops such as Chedraui, Walmart, Oxxo, a gas station and many local places to eat. You can walk, but I recommend renting a car for more comfortable and faster mobility.

This property is perfect & we will definitely return! We came as a family with 2 kids (1 baby and 1 toddler) and Ricardo provided a crib for us which was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you may need. We felt so safe in the neighborhood and even felt comfortable walking around at night. The security at the property is so friendly & makes you feel very safe. Walmart, Starbucks, a gelato restaurant, a French bakery, an Italian restaurant, a sushi restaurant and a breakfast waffle restaurant is all within a 5 minute walk! The airport is also very close to the condo. We used Ricardo’s trusted driver, Mariela, for every ride we took around Cancun. My family felt very comfortable & we can confidently say that anybody would be extremely happy staying here! The pool was amazing and there’s even a small playground for kids. The A/C in the home works perfectly & there’s also a balcony patio if you prefer fresh air. The laundry within the home was great to have too!
