House vacation rentals in Beaver Creek

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We got unlucky with our week being when blacktopping was scheduled and we had to park at the entrance to the neighborhood and walk to the house. It wasn’t a big deal. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor table could be bigger with the number of people the house holds…probably only an issue in the summer We were appreciative to have a gas grill and used it several times. We enjoyed being able to use the pool and pickleball courts after our day activities. We only used the hot tub once as our weather was pretty warm. I’m sure it would be used a lot more in the Winter during ski season. I expected a shorter walk to the village. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the house. There is a shuttle stop near the house but we just walked or drove to the village.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

Awesome experience. First class accommodations in a beautiful setting. Our family of 8 was perfectly satisfied with nothing left to be desired - worth every penny. We loved the distance from town, Frisco and Breck; just enough to feel like we weren’t in the mix. Would do this again, no question. Thank you!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a spring break ski trip andnloved it! It was actually a little bigger than we expected! it was close enough to the resort that we could be skiing within minutes, but far enough away to be affordable and quiet. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The host was very proactive in communicating and check-in was seamless. We would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful house, great location!! Our family enjoyed skiing at Beavercreek, for skiing there are buses application BC that take you to skiing. Great views, nice rooms, felt at home. Perfect place we will be back 💫💫

Tina and Team were amazing hosts. The silverthorne location at Summit Sky Ranch was a complete dream. This home had everything you needed to enjoy individually and as a group with rooms split on 3 levels. The private lake house access is an amazing perk that was not crowded during our stay. My family was able to hike, ski, swim in the pool, go to the gym, paddleboard (with our dog) all in the same day and still connect together in the home (great deck!). Super close to nearby attractions/stores and would be perfect all year around. The home itself had a contemporary feel exactly as pictured with every detail from laundry pods, well equipped kitchen, games, and even pool towels on hand. The rates are fair and competive to the season. The neighborhood is intimate but allowed privacy and beautiful views from all areas, especially the private hot tub. I would 100% recommend any property under Tina and hope to book again in the future. The level of hospitality is everything you could ask!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to come to after a sad day attending a funeral. The cabin was just as described—cozy and well put together. The only small downsides were that the bathtub wasn't working during our visit, we could shower but even that had trouble draining and there was no coffee provided. Which would’ve been a nice touch in such a remote and serene setting. That said, these were minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed the space overall. Just make sure to bring your own coffee beans and filters. We’d definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this property! Not only did it have plenty of space, it was very clean! The beds were cozy unlike previous airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They provided plenty of suggestions for restaurants and grocery, as well as hikes and general things to do around town. The drive into Breckenridge was super easy and yet far enough outside of it that you didn’t feel the chaos of the town!

The most beautiful home set back in a private cove atop the mountain. The home was in pristine condition and had all the amenities our family of 10 needed. Heated floors, hot tub, pool table and plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and more. The house has many bells and whistles, too many to list! The property is about a 10 minute drive from Main Street and Peak 8 ski lifts. I will say Ubers were a bit hard to get if needed, especially if you need one for more than 4 people. If you need an airport shuttle, I cannot say enough great things about Summit Express, they went above and beyond! Overall, this property was excellent with great communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic rental, beautiful space that worked great for our family and great location close to beaver creek for a ski trip. Appreciated that they had pack n play and high chair available, would recommend for families with kids. Responsive host.

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

Very spacious home - lots of room for all 6 of our Ski Trip. The House is well stocked with everything you need to relax - Hot tub and Sauna are great for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes! Kitchen is spacious for a large group to cook, eat and hang out. Will definitely look to book again if back in the area!

We rented this place for a 3 day weekend ski trip in Vail. Our host was amazing and reached out several days ahead with great recommendations on things like where to park, places to eat, night life, and instructions for the house. She was very accommodating, offing tons of extras along with the house. The house had everything you could need, and then some. The area was very beautiful, and had some spectacular views. The hot tub was a great addition and felt great after some long days of skiing. I highly recommend this place and host.

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Great location, view, clean and spacious. Had fun in the hot tub. Great linens and basic items. Overall pleasant The small deck had a great view ( was overlooking a kids area - so had some kid playing noise- but overall great

We loved our stay at this amazing property! Easy trip up to the mountain and close to amazing restaurants in Avon. Nick was very responsive and a great host! The setup was great for our two families and our kids loved the hot tub!

This is our third year in a row staying at Lisa’s place and everyone enjoyed themselves. There is plenty of space for our extended family to relax, hang out together, enjoy the hot tub, and enjoy meals together. Close to the ski lifts, with a beautiful view of the Breck valley. This has become a second home for our family.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Vail during our winter ski trip! The house is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and a cozy yet spacious design that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to cook meals after long days on the slopes. One of the best parts of our stay was the outdoor hot tub it was absolutely perfect for unwinding after skiing. Sitting in the warm water, surrounded by snow-covered trees and mountain views, was pure bliss! The location is also fantastic, offering both tranquility and easy access to the ski lifts and town. We did have an issue with the hot water, but the host was incredibly responsive, polite, and resolve it. Their attentiveness made all the difference, and we truly appreciated their effort.
