Vacation rentals with a sauna in Beaver Creek

Wonderful location - just a short walk to downtown Frisco, the Marina, and scenic trails like Rainbow Lake and the Summit County Rec Path, perfect for walking and biking. The place was very comfortable and accommodating for our group of five. Devin was an excellent and responsive host. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

This place was rad. For a guys snowboarding trip this is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable and super close to the lifts. It was a great experience

We had a great stay! Condo is as described and has a great layout. Felt very cozy and comfortable. Pool house is awesome. Very short drive to keystone which was amazing. Plenty of parking. Adam was super friendly and responsive!

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

This place is amazing and super convenient to Vail amenities. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Lionshead gondola 19. There’s a lift nearby the condo to ride up, so location is prime. We will definitely stay here again, our family enjoyed it very much!!

Very accommodating space for our family, which included 3 adult kids. Great for everyone to have their own space & bathroom. Made getting out in the morning very easy! Catching the shuttle down to the gondola was fantastic. Kitchen is extremely well equipped which made cooking dinners a breeze. Washer & dryer are huge! Beds were very comfortable. All appliances were updated & place was very clean upon arrival. We loved the multiple hot tub options & the gas fireplace. Communication could not have been easier with these owners. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Falcon Point! The place is and furnishings are actually more modern than the pictures suggest. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient 2 blocks to the Lake Street bus stop for the Avon skier shuttle or walk seven minutes to Avon transportation center to take the Riverfront gondola to Beaver Creek or express bus to Vail. The heated underground parking garage was super convenient as are the ski lockers in the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about our stay at Claire's place in Breck! The design and cleanliness of the unit was immaculate, the location was second-to-none, and everything about our stay was incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and Claire was more than responsive throughout. The condo is beautiful with tons of natural light flooding in from a multitude of windows framing Breckenridge's Peaks 9 and 8. Design is open and modern with more than enough space for our family of four. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the perfect gathering space. The living room with its soft leather couches was 'the' spot to wind down after a day of skiing. Bathrooms retain the clean, modern feel. And as for the bedrooms, I've never slept so well. The location couldn't be more perfect just steps (and I mean steps) from the Peak 9 base lift – it brings true meaning to 'ski-in-ski-out'. Lots of great restaurants and bars are within a few minute's walk. A true gem, and a wonderful host!

My boyfriend and I’s stay at Aniela’s listing was everything we could’ve asked for! The location is perfect- 5 min walk to the base of Peak 9 and a 5 min walk to town. The condo was pristine, check-in was extremely easy, and we had everything we could’ve needed! We especially enjoyed the fireplace and hot tubs, and utilized them often throughout our trip. When a question arose during our stay, Aniela responded in less than an hour with all the information we needed. I would 100% rebook this listing if ever visiting Breckenridge again!

If anyone asks me how to maximize Breck skiing, especially with kids, I will always say “Crystal Peak Lodge.” Ski-in/Ski-out places are mostly a farce, but not this place. We rented skis, got on a lift within literal feet of our back door. The ski lockers make it incredible to get ready without the stereotypical burning up with all the jackets on, and to drop the wet skis and boots without having to take any of it to your condo. What a dream. Daniel’s place was awesome. Two full bedrooms, and with a cool loft perfect for any kids who like a cool space. That loft is above the second bedroom’s bed (creatively), so if you want privacy for someone in that second bedroom, you may need other accommodations. For us, it worked great. Awesome place. Would stay there again in a minute. Having your car in the parking garage, and the placement of the condo meant we could come and go without making many steps. Ha!

Had a wonderful stay at Brooke’s place. It was a great central spot for Rocky Mountain National Park and Great Sand Dunes National Park. I also enjoyed the nearby hike to Mt Royal. There were a couple days that I didn’t have to use my car and walked to trailheads and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Jill's house was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The layout is great and we enjoyed how quiet it was in the area.

This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a lovely memorial day weekend here we family and kids. Absolutely beautiful place on a lot at the end of the road. About 15 minutes on dirt road after coming off Hwy 6. Road was more than manageable in AWD drive vehicle in good conditions. Easy enough to get back into Edwards/Eagle/Beaver Creek, but make sure to bring groceries with on the way in - not the most convenient to quickly pop out for things. The space is BEAUTIFUL, with tasteful design and great ammentities. Exactly as described. Would love to come visit again.

One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

We loved everything about our stay here, spacious, clean, comfortable, and so close to downtown.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Beautiful home. Location was a little outside town, but an easy 10 minute drive. Twice we saw a moose on that drive. Home was plenty big for our family of ten. We made all our meals at home with ease bc kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Like other reviews, the deck with the view is really the gem of this location.

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
