Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Beaver Creek

We loved our stay! We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from 1-11. They truly thought of everything! They even had a high chair, pack n play, and baby tub. The condo is right by the pool and just steps from downtown. It was also so clean! The recommendations were helpful and I appreciated the speed the hosts responded. We know where to stay in Breckenridge next time we visit!

Everything was as described in the listing. Would rent this place again. Only downside I could find was the kitchen was small with limited cooking supplies. If you were planning on cooking it might be difficult otherwise a great stay.

First time in vail, and Mark’s place was perfect. It was a 7 min walk to Gondola 1, and super convenient to all restaurants and shops. The place was spacious for my wife and I plus daughter and friend (both 18) who had their own bathroom and still say best beds ever. Private balcony, hot tub and beautiful kitchen too. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work during our stay, but everything else was excellent and we would definitely recommend. After check out, we were able to leave our car in a guest spot outside the garage so we never paid for parking the entire trip and skied for 3 great spring days. Vail village is walkable to lions head too, so you really don’t need the car at all during your stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Brooke’s place. It was a great central spot for Rocky Mountain National Park and Great Sand Dunes National Park. I also enjoyed the nearby hike to Mt Royal. There were a couple days that I didn’t have to use my car and walked to trailheads and restaurants. I would stay here again.

This was a great spot with all of the amenities we were looking for. The condo is very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The coffee set up was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We enjoyed being there in June and being so close to town! So many things are just steps from this condo. Emily is very responsive, sent pictures with clear directions, and has an awesome set up ready for you to enjoy! Would definitely stay again.

what a great few days in Breck. we had everything we needed and enjoyed this trip and this time of year. no crowds, easy to go to restaurants and enjoy the city. huge bonus to be able to park and walk to just about everything.

Perfect place to stay in Breckenridge! Location is right next to the snowflake lift. The ski lockers were very convenient. It was very quiet but we were there mostly during the week. Dan’s condo is beautiful! We mostly stay in for dinner and the condo had everything needed for Coffee in the morning to dinner at night. We loved staying here and will look to stay here again if we return next year!

The host was a pleasure to work with. We loved the property and it was conveniently located near many desirable attractions in the city. The property was well maintained and well furnished. The property was easily accessible and located in an area with amazing Mountain Views. The property was well stocked with supplies and dishes, which made it feel like home. This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

This was great and so close to the mountain and bus to get into town. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and everything seemed brand new. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

This house is absolutely fantastic! The house was very clean and spacious, well stocked with the basics plus some extras, and everything was exactly as pictured/described. The view from the loving room is phenomenal and worth made the house worth every penny! The short walk to the gondola made it super easy to get to Peak 8 and the house has plenty of space to store all of your gear. I totally recommend this place!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Gina was great to deal with. she was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The condo is located right off Main St which makes it very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The free bus stop is located right in front of the property as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We loved staying at the retreat. It had all the little things that make a stay great! The kitchen was compact but great! The loft for sleeping was a little tricky at first, but worked out in the end. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay! We had a great time, super cozy space, and right next to the village center lifts! Lisa was amazing; very responsive and flexible. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great little spot for staying close to the action, right in the heart of Lionshead. Bed was super comfy.

The place was great located right in River Run Village and Marco was a great host. Marco was always responsive and checked in to see how the stay was going. Appreciate the accommodation and would consider staying there again, thanks.

Quaint spot with great access to the bus line for skiing! It was great to be able to bring our dogs as well. Robert was very accommodating.
