Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails & restaurants.

Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Close to great food, wine, and coffee - plus friendly visits with our donkey (Ozzie), horse (Nina), and chickens!

A few minute drive to the amenities of Los Osos and Morro bay, 15 minutes to Cal Poly, and 20 minutes to Edna Valley wine country.
