The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Comfortable and cozy, peaceful and private. There is a fold out couch perfect for a child. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. Not a place for loud parties, just some peace. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle
