Vacation rentals with a patio in Baywood-Los Osos

Could not have more amazing or welcoming hosts. Sandy and David continue to do more than expected to accommodate me. Clean, beautiful home, friendly pets, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Private and peaceful neighborhood that is close to restaurants & shopping. Having covered / garage parking as well as easy access to the washer & dryer is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here and would give them more stars if I could 😁

Lisa’s place was really lovely. Everything was exactly as advertised but even better. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view, the coziness of the fireplace, and the easy to use kitchen. The location is very convenient in a quiet and cute neighborhood and the house overlooks a large natural area of trees—we liked watching the birds flying by in the treetops. Can’t say enough good things about this spot, we would love to return soon!

Edel and Alex's studio is a wonderful gem in Cayucos! I stayed here for almost a week, and it was the perfect spot for beach town relaxation. The location is a super quick hop from Cayucos' main street and also from Morro Bay. The studio is private, well appointed, and clean; the neighborhood is quiet; and the area is a spectacular piece of central California coastline. Edel and Alex have a delightful guidebook of restaurants, bars, wineries, and tourist spots all over the San Louise Obispo area. They were also incredibly proactive and responsive hosts. I am absolutely staying here the next time I'm in the area!

This was such an amazing stay! My only regret was not booking more than one day here. But Diane was the sweetest for allowing us to check out later. She was super communicative and considerate. As for the space, it was super spacious for my boyfriend and I! We enjoyed a movie night in the living room before getting a good nights rest in the comfy king-sized bed. The water machine was truly appreciated as well. This place had amazing amenities, comfortable furniture, a peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful backyard. Thank you so much again Diane!!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

My wife and I absolutely loved this place, and it was the perfect home base to explore up and down the coast. The apartment is VERY VERY well appointed, and is an INCREDIBLE value for all that Ali provides. If you are looking for a private and quiet place to get-a-way, then this is the place for you! We also loved getting daily messages with recommendations for activities, and we even did a few of them! If you are a walker, then I would recommend taking a walk around the neighborhood, we even saw several deer on our first night out. Also, make sure you take the "secret" trail down in San Simeon - that was the best! Thank you, Ali, for creating such great place to stay- we loved the beach vibe!

Angela and Bill’s cottage is beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful! Angela communicated very well and my husband and I felt comfortable staying there. Their cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood with privacy and it’s very well stocked. I highly recommend Angela and Bill’s Airbnb! Thank you!

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed the place, our two toddlers appreciated being able to have their own rooms and have the space to run around. We especially loved the large kitchen with its island for preparing breakfast. Was very convenient for us to use as a home base while we visited some local wineries. Would love to stay again.

This was our 3rd stay in Nick and Lauren’s home in Atascadero. We love it here for all its comfort, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home, you’ve found the perfect place to vacation and I highly recommend it. We are excited to return, again, in the fall. We loved the extra sound machines and the crib and pack n play! It is so nice to not have to haul our pack n plays around for the girls. The house was so adorable and we loved the drives in the morning, we saw so many deers.

This spot was absolutely perfect - clean, comfortable, homey, and super handy for how close it is to downtown Templeton. Steve is a great host - excellent and clear communication across the board, and very clearly a caring owner of the property. The neighborhood is delightful and super quiet, and I'll be overjoyed to re-book for future Templeton visits!

I’ve stayed in Paso Robles before, but THIS is the Airbnb you want. Extraordinarily clean. Walkable to everywhere downtown. A quick drive to vineyards. Really lovely decor and quality bedding and furniture. I forgot shampoo and conditioner but no worries, they had it. The AC works great. The neighborhood is quiet. The grass in the back is actual real grass, which makes the world of difference to me and my dog. I spent a ton of time out there. I’m a video editor and am always nervous about working with WiFi at Airbnbs, but it was blazing fast, seems to be fiber like I have at home in LA. I was a solo traveler with my dog. 10 out of 10, sad to leave and would stay again. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. A perfect getaway for my family and I . Just out in the country enough to feel secluded but also close enough to all that solvang and los olivos has to offer. Alan was very responsive and attentive ; the place has wonderful amenities and was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Avila Beach, so we didn't know what to expect. We were unhappy with our initial unit because it didn't have air conditioning, and the neighbors—especially the pizza restaurant behind us—were very loud. We had to keep the windows open because there wasn't any air conditioning, and that made it impossible to sleep. I take full responsibility for the lack of air conditioning. It was clearly stated in the listing. When I let Seven Sisters know about the problem, they immediately found us a new place that exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities, privacy, and comfort. I'm serious; I will forever be thankful to SevenSisters for saving our vacation.

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

Everything was wonderful at this condo. Clean, great location just a couple blocks from the beach, lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby. Management was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We will stay here again.

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

A wonderful place to stay—clean and welcoming. There were labels on light switches, etc, which was very helpful. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to enjoy the nearby amenities but we would love to come back to enjoy the town and amenities in the future! We have stayed at Amber’s rentals several times. Always a great experience from booking to check out! Rentals have everything you may need. Great communication from host, great location, clean & reasonably priced! Most COMFORTABLE beds ever! Definitely recommend staying in one of Amber’s properties.
