Excellent stay. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. It seems to be far from the city center, but it is not, it is very well connected with two metro lines nearby that cross the city. The neighborhood is comfortable, quiet and with all amenities. There was privacy and respect, but knowing that Yolanda was always attentive, verifying that everything was fine. Cleaning and breakfast included, which is a huge bonus. Very good place to stay. Anh is the best, and the apartment was exactly what I was looking for during my longer stay. I stayed at Villa Zen Barcelona for 2.5 months, and Anh was an exceptional host. She communicated well, offered advice and local recommendations, cleaned the apartment weekly, and was so accommodating when I had visitors. I was able to take some yoga classes during my stay, and I also enjoyed easy access to laundry and a peaceful space up on the rooftop. It’s a public space for the guests, but it was rare that someone would be up there at the same time as me. Everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well, and she was responsive if I ever had issues. Great assortment of pots, pans, and other kitchen things. I felt safe in the Gracia area, and it was quiet. Anh keeps the building very secure. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

Been there for 3 months and worked full time, internet 250mb and stable. The location of the apartment is really great, you are central but it is very quiet, it is generally a very pleasant and safe area there. Parking with car very difficult, was there by motorbike, you can always find something there. But I did everything on foot, everything is really available in the immediate vicinity. Metro about 10 minutes by foot. Supermarket right downstairs in the house, was mega convenient. Sightseeing is also all within easy reach. The apartment is relatively cool in winter if it is under 15 degrees, but electric heating is available. Amenities were also provided for long stays, it has everything you need, didn't have to get anything extra. Communication was very good and super friendly at all times. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
