The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. As a legal tourist apartment we are obliged to collect the tourist tax upon arrival at the apartment. House rules • We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. • This decision was taken after the neighbors had experienced issues with the noise produced by some of the previous guests. • It's totally forbidden to make loud noise after 22:00 or to organize parties or events inside the apartment.
