The kitchen is completely equipped and the luxury continues in the en-suite bathroom where you have a hydromassage bath and a separated glassed-in shower. Relaxed, Spacious Loft with Jetted Tub

A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! Before arrival I will send you an email with my best recommendations on the local cultural and gastronomical offer. I will be happy to help you through any doubts or questions you may have about your stay - so to make sure that you truly and utterly can concentrate on just enjoying your visit! A last important note! Aribau Street is well known for its restaurants, bars and liveliness! At times it can be noisy. But no worries! The flat is fully sound proof! It is a neighborhood with a lot of life, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

Die Unterkunft von Sònia ist Top ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen, schönen Gegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Nachbarin gegenüber, die häufig aus dem Fenster schaute, was zeitweise ein Gefühl des Beobachtetwerdens vermittelte. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!

The train and bus stations are a bit of a walk, and be sure to check your schedules going into and back from Barcelona. The Hills Villa in Sitges is a wonderful place to relax with family and friends. It offers a nice garden with several areas and a swimming pools. It is close to the airport and supermarkets. A recommended stay. Also the staff is responsive. It was a pity that we could not use the jacuzzi because it was out of service.

Schöne Villa mit einem wunderschönen Pool und toller Aussicht. Ausreichend Platz und modern eingerichtet. Ivan war sehr freundlich und bei einem kurzen Ausfall der Poolanlage wurde sehr schnell gehandelt und das Problem behoben. Das Reinigungspersonal hätte etwas gründlicher arbeiten können, Gläser und Teller mussten wir vor Anwendung nochmal spülen, die Outdoor Lounge hatte zum Teil Flecken . Alles in allem war es aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Unbedingt nach Sitges, dies ist nur 10 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar, süßes Städtchen und sehr schöner Strand. Nach Barcelona sind es ca. 40 Minuten. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt, Lidl und Aldi auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

We had an amazing time at Villa Caprici! The house was perfect - we were a group of 15 for a hen do. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking for a big group very easy. Ignasi was the perfect host and really has thought of everything; he was super helpful, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you, Ignasi, for such a wonderful weekend! The only suggestion I would make to future guests is to use the local taxi service for transfers to and from the villa. There is a street in Sitges town that is very similar in name to the Villa Caprici address. When trying to book a transfer through another company back to the airport, they were unable to find us which was a little stressful. The local taxi company was able to get us a car very quickly so we made our flight on-time. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Caprici!

Wir haben uns die Unterkunft für einen JGA ausgesucht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr gut mit Jack verstanden und er hat bei alle Fragen freundliche, zuvorkommend und schnell geantwortet. Die Villa war es definitiv wert. Bei Problemen war Jack immer sofort zur Stelle und immer hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist von außen eher unscheinbar und bescherte uns einige Wow-Momente. Man hat alles da was man braucht. Für Einkäufe ist ein Mietwagen von Vorteil und ein Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht ist unter 10min zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona gehen ist diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall unsere Nummer eins. Der Pool mit dem integrierten Whirlpool ist einfach der Hingucker der Villa. man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und auch der Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend. Das Design und auch die gesamte Atmosphäre der Unterkunft war beeindruckend. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Sekunde unwohl. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Besuch.
