Vacation rentals with a pool in Avila Beach

Our group of 8 (4 couples) enjoyed a 4 night stay at Casteel and everyone agreed that the property is top notch. The location is great with easy access to the coast, wineries and downtown Templeton and Paso Robles. The home is spacious, clean with nice linens and ample towels. The kitchen is very large and we dined in for most nights. The guys enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the outdoor amenities which is the standout feature of this home. We all hope to return in the future.

Great place with a beautiful pool and surrounding area. Conveniently located near a handful of wineries and not too far from downtown. Would definitely stay here again and really appreciated all the extra amenities and touches!

We loved Villa di Lupercio! Lisa is a fabulous host who has furnished her property beautifully and thoroughly with lots of comforts, conveniences and amenities to ensure a wide range of ages enjoy their stay. We were three generations of cousins who don't get many opportunities to see each other. All of us from age 2 to 89 had an amazing time, whether playing in the pool, chatting in the cabana, soothing in the hot tub, barbecuing, shooting a game of pool or roasting s'mores. The kitchen has all you could need to prepare a meal for a large group and the fenced in yard is great if you're bringing young children or dogs. The home is very well lit and spacious with a great layout as well. Kevin, the property manager, was very welcoming upon our arrival and provided a useful overview on how things worked. We're so pleased with our visit and hope to return!

We booked this as our spot for my wife’s 30th birthday celebration. Needless to say, we were blown away with the views in the backyard. Host was very responsive on some issues with the spa/pool. Our group talked about wanting to make it a yearly booking as we had such a great time with the view, amenities, and such an open layout. Highly recommend for any type of getaway big or small!

Such a beautiful property! Me and a group of friends spent the weekend in Paso for wine tasting and the beer fest and the house was such a great find! The backyard is amazing and the host was awesome- let us check in early so we could go wine tasting the day we arrived. Thanks April!

Christine's home was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for our 2 families to eat, sleep, and play. With kids, it was ideal to have access to the barn, grounds, as well as the private pool. The surroundings were picture perfect from dawn through the evening. The location was convenient to explore Paso Robles and San Simeon. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals at home comfortably. As a host, Christine was responsive and went above and beyond to mail us an item we had left behind. We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend on the Central Coast!

Everything about this place was as described. The kitchen is bonkers amazing (four sinks!), we wish we would have planned to cook at least one meal there… next time for sure!

The home is amazing and back yard are amazing. We stayed with another couple and 3 couples could easily stay here and have a phenomenal time. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is gourmet and the bathrooms are all very nice and updated. The pool and spa were as advertised and the deer, birds and other small critters who play at the top of the property line in the back but do not come into the pool area were lovely to see. The location is terrific for the Paso wine area - dozens of great wineries and tasting rooms within 20 minutes. It was hard to leave and go back to reality.

Very clean and simple. No thrills but definitely worth it

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

Perfect spot for our spring break getaway. Beautiful place with all the necessary pieces of beach equipment — chairs, coolers, toys to play with, and even a surfboard! Would highly recommend!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

We had a great stay! Location was amazing, the property was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues with finding anything!

Great experience! We happened to get a full ocean view over the pool, and couldn't have been happier. The room was very comfortable, extremely spacious (especially for just 2 people)! We had a balcony and windows that got cool ocean breezes all day long. The suite was exactly as promised, had everything we needed. Had a wonderful, restful trip and can't wait to go back!
