Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

The 2 days we spent there were amazing, frankly nothing to say, the accommodation is the same as in the photos, perfect for two people, the bed is very comfortable, we sleep very well, the accommodation is very clean, we were super well hosted by the couple, they made us feel comfortable. I recommend it for a pleasant romantic stay.

Very nice property with a large garden within the walls in the city of ST MARTIN The hosts are very friendly and communication is ideal. Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas's went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decor, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The hot tub is a plus too. The proximity to sea is really nice. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Very nice cottage, with 3 large bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples, quietly located in a peaceful and green environment. Louis is very kind, accommodating and available. We had a great weekend with friends. The many games (ping pong, pétanque...) and jacuzzi are a plus! Thank you!!

We had a very relaxing week at Sven's house! Check-in facilitated by Mr. Dellette, who takes care of the rental on site, spacious house very well designed and equipped, surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden very well maintained, which can be enjoyed at all times thanks to the large veranda. The bikes available are a real asset, to make the most of the surrounding nature: bike paths in the forest or marshes, large wild beaches… Beautiful discoveries! And Sven is a very responsive owner, excellent communication. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back!

We have been coming to the Ile de Ré for 47 years and know many houses. We particularly liked the house in Les Portes. It is almost directly on the sea (3 minutes), has enough space even for a larger family (we were six people, a room for two more people was still available), the kitchen is super equipped, the living areas are also spacious and distributed for eight people in such a way that you can also get out of the way. We especially liked to use the conservatory. The two garden areas in front of and behind the house are large, also our dog was able to move freely, as the property is completely walled or provided with a fence. We were there for four weeks and will be happy to come back. Even better would of course be to go on the Ile de Ré and stay there permanently. This house would be suitable for this.

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

Very pleasant stay in this spacious and well-organized space. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the outdoor space, but it is nice and safe for children. Valerie is a very friendly host. We recommend!

A stay in a lodge tt comfort. We enjoyed this family time a lot. Peace, quiet, great hosts always available. A small campsite of great cleanliness! The little plus donkeys, our daughter loved going to feed them every day.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

Manuella offers a nice, carefully equipped studio. Well located, access to beaches, restaurants and shops is all the easier with the bikes that Manuella offers. Very good! I can only recommend it. Etienne

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!

Very well arranged apartment, everything is there. Private parking is a big plus. The space was very clean. We had a great time, we won't hesitate to come back to try the pool in good weather. Very responsive owners from arrival to departure. We would highly recommend this quiet and pleasant apartment with its terrace.
