The house is new and located on Tromøya. The house consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The main house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms,while the annex has a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and loft that sleeps two. The house is located just near Hove and Spornes, where the Master of the Master of the Master is recorded. The area is a dream of a hiking area no matter the season, where you will find everything from gorgeous sandy beaches, swamps, pebble hiking trails in the island's beautiful forest area. The area offers a cafe, gourmet restaurant, bakery and concerts.

Idyllic place with garden near city centre and zoo

Welcome to great and cozy apartment in Gimlekollen in Kristiansand. This apartment is part of our house, where we live with our children - a 16-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. The apartment is located between the city center and the zoo in one of the nicest parts of the city. Here you can enjoy views of the city, the sea and Vollevannet. The next beach, at Tretjønn, is only 5 min walking distance. Here there are many fantastic hiking opportunities in Jegersberg as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, farm visits, berry picking, etc.

Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Good sun conditions! Short way to the city centre and to forest/light rail/ nice trails. An idyllic house slightly up the hill on Fevik between Arendal and Grimstad. 180 degree view of open sea. Short way down to the finest beaches Sørlandet has to offer Only 30 min drive to Dyreparken. 8 beds in 3 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed. TV room with home cinema, large and well equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet. Three furnished balconies/porches for maximum use of summer. Parking for 2 cars. Playground on the outside of the house.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
