The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that turns out to a double bed. TV, music system and wifi are available. Floor heating and ventilation in all rooms.

My place is close to the city center in rural surroundings, only 7 minutes by car. Public transport every 30 minutes, good parking facilities.. You will love my place because it is located in a rural setting with very good hiking opportunities in Åsbieskogen which is a conservation area bordering the accommodation. The apt is modern and built is newly built in 2015. Neighborhood is quiet, well-established and safe My place is good for couples, travelers, and business travelers. Rent of car if needed.

Grimstad: Idyllic summer cabin, animals are allowed

Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

Stay centrally and at the same time sheltered. Cozy living room and bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen are new from March 2021. This house is from the 19th century and thus has a low ceiling height (approx. 1.85m) in some places. There is also somewhat less sound insulation according to today's standard. Newly renovated exterior in the spring of 2022! Free parking for one car right next to the house. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything you need!

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a watercloset, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
