Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city center. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbor nearby, garden on the front side of the residence. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Short distance to the bus, as the bus stop is located 4–5 minutes from the house. If you have a car, there is free parking on the premises. Accommodation for 2–3 people, as there is one bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a sofa bed (120 cm) in the living room. There is also an extra travel bed that can be used if desired. Simply furnished with what is needed for a short term stay. Option to borrow an electric kick scooter for trips to the store or into town. 5–8 minutes by car/bus to the city center and a 15–20-minute walk

The annex at Fevik is located in a rural area right next to Arendal and Grimstad riding center. There are several great hiking areas and beaches nearby. Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal city. The Annex consists of 2 rooms. One bathroom and living room and kitchen in one. The living room can be turned into a sleeping area. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed and there are also two travel beds. The kitchen consists of a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the equipment needed for cooking. Space for 1 car. No smoking inside or partying.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.
