It is about 1 km to the swimming area and fishing lake. 7 km to the grocery store and 20 km to the shopping mall. It is about 1 hour drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short distance to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

From this centrally located residence you have easy access to explore Arendal. Bus stop hundred meters away. Walking distance to swimming areas and the Stoa industrial area, where you will find a large selection of shops. There are opportunities for many nice walks nearby. The annex is located near the highway so there is traffic noise. There is only summer water in the kitchen, and therefore there is no bathroom in the cabin. Only a portable chemical toilet. Access to a private bathroom in the main house.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is about 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to playground and open space with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the veranda door is a small sandbox for children, as well as a lush garden that can be used together with the host. Kristiansand Zoo is only 25 minutes drive away. The annex has a simple standard, but all the amenities needed for short stays.

The front door is a copy of an old door from a log building nearby. The apartment is made with multi-use in mind and is very flexible. Here you can accommodate office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and rental Airbnb. Here is max space for two adults.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
