There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioner 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

A gorgeous property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.

In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment.
